Ordered a sink never delivered just it’s coming! Taken to small claims he didn’t even reply? Next step the sheriffs

Ordered a bathroom basin at the same time I ordered goods from other online stores. Took my payment on the day of order. 25 days later & not only do I not have my goods I don't have a delivery date either but all my other orders were received within 5 days of ordering. Their track your order section of the website doesn't appear to work as 25 days later it is still saying it's waiting to be processed. If my unit is out of stock I wish they would just tell me & let me order from elsewhere but I can't get through to them on the phone & they never respond to emails. Would Never recommend them to anyone & will Never use them again.I have no idea if or when I will get either my unit or a refund.

I agree what terrible service. This company are all very nice on the phone but then never do what they say they will. I am totally disgusted at the ongoing stories and promises this company made. I am so disappointed as I want to support uk services but they are totally apaulding I am not impressed.

I have been waiting for a lighting order for over 6 weeks now. CLC stated they sent the order twice but assume it got lost in the post....I have emailed several times with no reply or refund. I'm now going to Trading Standards to see what I do next to get my money back. This is quite simply the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.

We ordered a blanco tap from CLC and paid £25 for next day delivery. Well known manufacturer sent a tap which does not meet standards UK size (actual hole in tap was too small to fit flexi hose THEY supplied with the tap).

When I discussed returning this to CLC and asked for refund of £25 paid given plus cost to return it, the unhelpful Male in customer returns that I spoke to was NOT very customer friendly.

In this day of internet shopping, no business can get away with being horrible to customer. Further, CLC tried to push me to Manufacturer, when I didn't order direct from them. CLC have taken their cut & clearly NOT interested in any issues after that.

We will return the tap for full refund. We lost money to plumber who couldn't fit a tap which is not for UK standard fitting.

If CLC won't cover cost of delivery and return, then it's been a very expensive and wasted order for us.

But we will never deal with CLC again & tell everyone we know. Word of mouth still goes a long way - even in today's internet world.

just had delivered a sink & tap from c l c.guy i dealt with extremely courteous & patient to a fault.if phones busy they rang back next day(no weekends).delivery arranged for 5_6 pm they came at 5.45.couldnt fault them & im not easily pleased.

I ordered a kitchen sink, it arrived on time and exactly as I expected. I e-mailed the company couple of times and they replied straight back, and where very helpful.

Tap ordered at 9 o'clock Thursday morning for next day delivery (agreed to pay £15 for Express Delivery charge). Invoice arrives by e-mail at 5pm on Thursday with no mention of express delivery only standard delivery. I call them and they say that due to computers going down they cannot see my order but someone will call me back. I hear nothing so call back to be told that the order has not been made with express delivery. Very unreliable and I would not use the company again.

the sink and tap arrived 3 weeks late with no warning. I was away and the plumber waited for it to be delivered on the due date.

They lied and said they had tried to contact me but couldn't produce the email.

Never again!!!

Website showed in stock.

In fact was not. No email to let me know this (though money was taken right away).

When chased after a week, said that item in stock was damaged and was on reorder.

Chased a few days later. Told that has come in that morning and on its way that day. Chased again - told exactly the same thing again. Took over 2 weeks in the end.

2 stars because they at least responded to EMA's.
