New Kitchen 2012
My kitchen was fitted by one man who was very skilled, he took a day to do the whole job. 10 cupboards, sink and taps, cooker, lights, great job with no mess, left all so tidy.
I really enjoy using my kitchen every day and also my husband, thanks.
I recently had a problem with my dishwasher front door, which was coming loose from the dishwasher.
I phoned on 10/04/2017 and a helpful lady got the engineer to call me. He phoned me the next day.
It was fixed today 12/04/2017 9.00 - 9.45 am, very pleased with all your team.
Keep up the good work.

Rubbish!
Apalling service when installed several years ago. Poor design quality and poor installation. Cupboards all falling apart now Ridiculously expensive for quality

Promises More Than It Gives
A cooker hood, planned by the designer, does not reach the ceiling...the Everest response, essentially, is 'tough'
The basic stuff is ok but not worth the money. The work surfaces are rubbish.
Wish we'd shopped around more.
The staff were lovely!

Everes Kitchens Are Rubbish!
I bought an Everest kitchen some 5 years ago. The time of fitting was more traumatic and stressful than anything I had experienced before. The service was appalling, the workmanship worse. They arrived to fit a week and a half after I expected them leaving the entire contents of the new kitchen in my living room. Took them 3 weeks to complete. I complained during it to no avail. Their website promises were meaningless. There was no project leadership or supervision on the contracted fitter. They took the money and did nothing. The cooker did not work but I had to say that the German company was very efficient in coming to repair it; that is after jumping through hoops with Everest. My mother had her much bigger kitchen fitted the year after mine: supplied and fitted by Wickes. Arrived on time; had everyhting she asked for; same quality units and cost her less than half the price of mine.
Some five years later and I still haven't escaped the demons. A plumber came to fix the washing machine. The fittings had come loose. Normal wear and tear you might think. Oooh no... the pipes were not fixed to the wall -they had not been tighten properly. Not to mention the state behind the units -holes mess. Removing the washing machine was a mission because of the way it had been fixed!!
My advice don't believe the retoric. Don't beleive the promises of high quality and standards - they are non existant. Yes my kitchen looks nice and for that I am very happy but it came at too high a financial cost -for which I am still paying. In actual fact it is no better then your standard high street kitchen. If you think you would like to go to Everest for your kitchen think again and consider a cheaper option.
You should write to Company House if they still haven't gone into liquidation and ask that the company remains solvent, on paper at leat, unitil you can resolve it, just keep at Everest who you probably will find are the parent company and have taken on Modern Kitchens liabilities in order for that company to dissolve.
i had the same as you, but my company was called modern kitchen who belonged to everest they have now gone out of business and i can not find any think about them.. they made me take ppi and i want it back any can any one help.

Appalling Customer Service In Show-room
My wife went into Everest Kitchens, Guildford, in October 2012. We were due to move house and we were looking for ideas for our next house's kitchen. As it was half-term, my wife had our 8 year old son with her, when she visited the show-room. A middle-aged lady asked her if should could help, my wife said thank you but told here that she was just looking. The lady silently followed my wife and son around the show-room and after a few minutes said to my wife, "there's a clothes shop across the road if you just want to have a look"! We were astonished that she could be so rude to a potential customer before even discussing anything with us, and we could only assume that she did not want us there - odd - as the show-room was not busy. We've now moved into our new home and certainly did not use Everest Kitchens! I've given 3/5 for Value For Money as I am required to submit something for the review, but we felt we were insulted before any work was discussed.
Everest Kitchens
Appalling quality and after sales service for my mother and sister who are inexperienced and went with Everest due to pat sales pitch. Very overpriced in my view for what was fitted. Sink surface was covered in fine scratches but they were fobbed off by manager. Installers damaged their fridge during installation, refused to compensate. Now what is left is general sense of disappointment. Would strongly suggest you do not choose Everest.
Hi there,
We'd like to discuss the sink / fridge situation. Please could you e-mail [email protected] with your contact details, stating that you came from review centre. We'll be in touch asap.
Many thanks

Pushy And Intimidating
One of the people came round to give a "free estimate" on fitting a new kitchen. The man outstayed his welcome, stayed for upto 2 hours, and tried to pressure my mother to buy now. He proceeded to apply pressure, ringing his manager, trying to guilt her into signin gon the dotted line. Everytime she would say that she would think about it, he would keep saying "The price will go up". He managed to reduce the price from £31000 to £21000 in the two hours he was there, but my mum only wanted estimates first, and then make a descision later. My mum said,"Thank you, we will think about it, and call you". But he had said, if I leave, you will not have this offer. My mum was intimidated and felt extremely uncomfortable. I believe he tried to push my mum into a descision. I am extremely upset and annoyed with the service. I will warn others about the experience we got.

5* Reviews?? Written By Everest
Yes -Its a beautiful showroom.
Yes -The salesmen reel you in and sell you the dream.
Yes -You walk away spending more than you thought.
And yes you are getting ripped off paying double what you should be paying!
Completely overpriced, after service rubbish - Generally just overpriced, shop around and get a second or third quote.
Notice how all their reviews online sound similar? We were told by our installers they have each of the staff write one!

Far Exceeds Expectations
An excellent service was provided by both the salesman, and surveyor. The whole process was explained throroughly and sound advice proffered. The quality of the product is superb. The fitter Darren Wise was a joy to watch with outstanding skill of hand and fine attention to detail. At every stage of the fit he kept us fully informed of the work to be done and consulted us regularly to make sure we were happy with the way ahead. All in all a pleasureable experience, and I would not hesitate to use Everest again.
Good Sales and excellent fitter but their after sales service is rubbish. Have been trying for the last three weeks to have a granite work surface delivered and installed. First Delay was caused by the granite being the wrong shade of colour, then then their sub contractors managed to crack the granite when cutting it in their factory, and finally when the work surfaces were delivered last Monday they discovered that the ten plate had been incorrectly measured , they chipped my new ceramic induction hob whilst trying to fit it and to cap it all they managed to crack the granite again. Three weeks after the kitchen should have been installed I am still waiting while they cut another piece. Complaints to Everest are met with complete indifference. Use another kitchen supplier if you want piece of mind and competence.

Great Service
Very pleased with final result, everyone involved from salesman to surveyor to fitters worked hard to provide us with what we wanted. The fitters where polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. They kept us fully informed of times they would be arriving before each day and left my house clean and tidy every evening.
Q&A
I had my fantastic Everest kitchen fitted in 2011. The lovely engineer gave me a pack containing a special paste and various cloths etc to bring my worktop if needed back to original sheen. After all these years of heavy use my worktop needs a makeover, so I opened the pack with excitement but found the instructions are in German. Please please can anyone help me, is there a version in English for me? With Kind Regards.
Anybody else having problems getting Everest to honour their warranties with regard to their kitchens (which they no longer sell)? We are having a nightmare!
