The worst company you can deal with. Ordered Friday 10th July and despite being advised it would take 5-10 working days it's now 6th August and no doors. Called several times and emailed, it just gets past from pillar to post. You get the usual "sorry we'll call you back", "it's with a manager", "an email has gone out to the production department", "we're awaiting a dispatch note from the delivery team". Now going to raise chargeback with credit card, avoid at all costs.

I suspect their Trustpilot reviews are heavily "modified" as their rating is over 89% five stars but dig a little deeper and you'll find the truth.

Do not use this company. Because of Kitchen Door Workshop we are £1300 out of pocket. KDW recommended a tradesman to us who has now taken our money - with no chance of us ever recuperating it. This company has washed their hands of the situation, using a loophole, saying the tradesman was not affiliated with them. One of the company directors continuously avoids our questions and will not talk to us on the telephone. This company will not protect you. We are being told that "as you are not and have never been a customer of KDW" they cannot help us further. We are not a customer of KDW only because the tradesman stole our money before making the materials order. We feel completely let down. Beware!

Oredered 18 pieces of replacement doors. Received 16 and call them right away to report missing parts. Apparently, you have to let them know in writing within 2 days after delivery, phone call does not count!

Had to take day off to wait for delivery and Delivery was left by the door without a possibility of even check the product.

Therefore, no refund or replacement send due to 2 days deadline.

Costumer support terrible. They can simply close your order after two days without you even receiving it.

What a terrible example of costumer service.

Just finished fitting Ivory Shaker replacement kitchen doors which I purchased via the kitchendoorworkshop.co.uk website.

They had some great videos on their website showing how to measure and fit replacement kitchen doors which was very helpful as I am a bit of a DIY novice

Pricing and ordering was clear however was a little disappointed that they don't have any doors in stock - had to wait 2 weeks for mine to be made and delivered which wasn't too bad. But an ex stock service would be welcomed!

Delivery driver was a bit grumpy, which is not a total surprise as he did struggle through the snow to get to us!

The overall finish of the products was good and the finished job is much better than I expected.
