Does Anyone Know What Has Happened To Don And His Gang?
Does Anyone Know what has happened to Don and His Gang? What name are they trading under now? Has anyone managed to get their money back?
He took our money and it took a personal visit to the offices an threats of legall action to get a refund on items they had not ordered but claimed were delayed. In reality its a giant ponzi scheme. I lost out only £600 in the end after the failed to pay supplier for bespoke product that i was then forced to re order via another firm as supplier will not deal direct.
No they went under leaving loads of snags on my balls up of a kitchen.

Fake Reviews With 5 Star Ratings - Busted
I think its pretty obvious that the only review they got are 1 or 2 in reality.
To compensate for this, they have bought 5 star review's to confuse people. Its really interesting to read the 5 start reviews as they are all perfectly scripted.
Stay clear is the best advice!!
Just Terrible
Very expensive! Much better kitchen services around for half the price!
After service care (or should I say there isn't any) they have had your money so now they aren't interested in any problems that may have arisen. I would say steer well clear!!! Have given overall rating as a one as you can't give lower, personally I would liked to have given zero.

Kitchen Italia Kitchen Not What We Had Hoped For.
We purchased 2 kitchens from Kitchen Italia. one for our new home and one for my mother in law. Sadly we did not get what we paid for. The sales guys were very good. Which I mean as a compliment. They managed to see the space and create a kitchen with the design which fitted perfectly with our needs. This is still the case 4 years later.
However that's where the problems started.
After we ordered the kitchen it was delivered with parts missing which meant that the installation was delayed by a few days. Something that happens I guess and the least of the problems. It wasn’t the delay but how Kitchen Italia dealt with the problem. Their customer service department literally could not have cared any less about our problem and until I threatened them with legal action were inept in trying to solve any issues.
We were drawn a design and promised that there would be framing around the fridge and larder cabinet however the installer was unaware of this and begrudgingly, after arguing with us and refusing to fit anything built an mdf frame that looks like something a monkey with a hammer could have done.
Within 3 weeks of the kitchen being fitted the sink started to come away from the work surface. It took us over 20 calls before we were able to get the installer out again to rectify the problem.
Following this less than a year after the instillation the draws have already started to bow and come away from there fittings
The soft close draws are any but soft close. Compare them with even Ikea and they don’t stand up to comparison.
The Quartz splash back has fallen down and to top it all off, after less than a year we noticed water coming through the floor. After further inspection we realised that the dish washer was and had been (according to the insurance company) leaking since the first day. after the entire floor was pulled up in a kitchen which was less than 1 year old we noticed that every single appliance which had water running to it - the fridge, sink in kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and the sink in the utility room were all leaking. The insurance company recommended that I get in touch with Kitchen Italia which I did.
Again the customer services dept. was so shocking. They responded with "what do you want us to do? Your insured aren’t you!”
I wasn’t expecting much but too fain sympathy would have cost nothing!
I send a letter and left further messages and NEVER heard anything back.
There are more things which went wrong during the instillation and a couple of further issues with the quality i.e. the dishwasher is integrated and needs constant attention (every moth I need to support it with wood to stop it sinking and not opening. I have also had to cut the plinth underneath the dishwasher in order to be able to open it! We also have 3 or 4 doors on the cupboards which continuously drop as the hinges are not fit for purpose.
Ultimately I was very excited to when I released I was able to afford a Kitchen Italia kitchen however they are good from far but far from good in my experience. This is on a quality, customer service and instillation (which they insisted we had theirs)
This is not a kitchen company I would ever use again and not only would I NOT recommend them I would recommend, in my experience to go with anyone but Kitchen Italia
Shocking Service, Shoddy Workmanship And Numerous Problems!
Now trading as 'Novo'. Steer clear of this company. So many problems and still ongoing after 5 years!! Poor quality kitchens and the fitters are useless. Different fitters each time and they were as incompetent as the last. Customer Services team never return calls or emails and my kitchen is falling apart. So unhappy.
Rip Off
I used these people to fit my kitchen and the fitter did a terrible job even when I complained the manager was just as shifty as the incompetent fitter. I wished that I had never heard of them and would have saved myself a considerable amount of money. 3 years later the cupboards are falling apart don't let them rip you off.
Kitchens Italia And Nova Cucine St Albans
Stay well away from this awful company. The kitchen quality is awful, you gt better at IKEA.
The fitters are useless, the people in the showroom are rude and incompetent.
I promise you WILL NOT get a nice kitchen from this company, all the products used are cheap and nasty despite paying thousands of pounds.
I wish I had seen all the negative reviews all over the internet sooner!!

Liars, Rogues, Unreliable, Rude, Sawn Edges Touching Floor!
These kitchens are cheap and nasty. Fitted with no care. I have had an on going problem for just under a year. I have had directors, customer after sales people and fitters come around to check work already checked. I've been lied to. Had liability admitted but still have had no kitchen fitter back to actually fix the errors. Im pretty sure they are taking there time knowing they are in liquidation or close. I have had to settle out of court for half the work to be corrected just for ease. However even with the new doors and fillers delivered I still can't get them to come back and fix their work. Do they expect me to correct their mistakes?. I just had a project manager tell me (after just under 1 year) that I abuse my kitchen and he is unable to do any better than fit sawn edges unsealed and unmasticed to a hard kitchen floor. Which Is the reason the veneer has peeled in the first place. Apparently washing your floor is abusing your kitchen. My kitchen apart from the errors is treated like a show kitchen we keep it tidy as it cost £11000. They do not keep appointments they do not ring to tell you they are not coming. I have lost money waiting in for them on numerous occasions. I will be seeking court action. There is also a deeper review coming at the end of the month on complaints.com. Photos etc.
No I am giving them to the end of the month as this will be a year on and then posting all relevant pictures and videos including voice recording of liability being accepted.
Please can you post pictures ASAP
