Very Disappointing!
Poor service. Measurements were taken incorrectly on two occasions. The fitter they sent to us was useless to say the least. Although the kitchen units are very nice, the fitting expertise and the service is lacking.
The deep larder unit was fitted incorrectly and cut so it was actually shallower than the rest of the units. The shutter units were incorrect in height and new ones had to be ordered. It took many weeks to resolve the first issue.
The deeper larder unit finally arrived it still did not fit! We had to pay builders for remedial work to the wall at our cost to get it fitted as we could not wait any longer. Later we realised that the end panel was also incorrect dimensions. Also there were no holes inside this unit so no shelves could be placed.
The fitter simply left and we are still waiting to hear from customer services.
We have phoned and also emailed and still waiting to hear back!!
They’ve gone out of business. Luckily we had our deposit protected through our Credit Card otherwise we would be out of pocket by around £3.3K. Luckily we hadn’t paid anymore towards our £40K kitchen.

LWK have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
At the design stage, the person I dealt with was enormously helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to our requirements and needs, designed the kitchen perfectly around these. Keeping us aware of any issues for foresaw and how to work around these.
She wasn't at all pushy in trying to up sell, but only suggested way to improve and make the kitchen work better within budget.
Thereafter another person oversaw the planning and installation, and was always at the end of the phone for any queries and kept me well informed and updated with visits and progress.
Couldn't be happier with the kitchen and it has finished off our dream home.

Great Kitchen & Service Despite Issues
If I was to score LWK purely on the service and aftersales care received from the two peoploe I dealt with, it would be five stars hands down. With all kitchens, things will go wrong, parts will go missing or things will break. We were VERY unlucky as we have had multiple issues. Many if not all of these were out of LWK’s control (eg. Miele hob failing, damaged worktop stone being fitted, ‘splash back’ edging being fitted incorrectly amongst other small items). It is fair to say that each issue was out of LWK’s control and was, on every occasion, resolved by the two people I dealt with (including the latest where the boiling water tap has become faulty after 11 months). The girls at LWK were always contactable via email or telephone and if unavailable, responded promptly. The showrooms and service are first class, the quality of the actual kitchen is at the higher-end (especially for factory made) and the price paid for the finished product (ignoring the issues) was worthwhile. We will use LWK again although perhaps steer clear of one of their third-party suppliers and approach certain appliance makers with caution next time.

Did Not Receive The Colour We Ordered - No Change Made
Overall a very poor customer service experience.
We did not receive the colour we initially asked for and they ended blaming it on us. We asked for a light grey and they sent something almost black; arguing that we should know the reference identification name of the colour (is it not the job of the kitchen specialist?!). They did not change the kitchen or pay any compensation; very poor customer services. Which led us to go to the claim court.
We do not recommend; their customer service and quality controls teams are obviously unprofessional
Hi,
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the kitchen colour. However, as you are aware, we conducted an exhaustive review into the order documentation, and you signed a specification that clearly featured a Graphite door.
Prior to your order being confirmed with the factory, you received three order confirmations; all of which stipulated the wall units, base units, and tall units, (separately stated in three places) that the door finish and gable finish was ‘Putty Concrete Graphite 381’.
On the 15th of March you digitally accepted and signed your Design Finalisation Order Confirmation. This is the document wherein you give us authority to place an order to manufacture the kitchen. Again, within this document was the specification of the door finish, being Putty Concrete Graphite.
The document explicitly asks you to sign to state, that have confirmed the Door range(s), material(s), colour(s) and finish(es)
You have contended to us, that we have not provided you with a kitchen that meets the agreed specification. The Order Confirmation attached to your digital DFM signoff forms the entire agreement of specification, and you have accepted it. You had reviewed the samples in our showroom and were aware of the nomenclature used to identify them - as it is affixed in writing to each door. If you were uncertain, it was incumbent upon you to notify us of your lack of clarity and revisit our showroom to confirm.
We do state in the sign off documentation, ‘Please check the parts list… and if you have any questions please let me know.’ You didn’t raise any queries.
Based upon the above, it is not possible for us to accept that we have failed to deliver the agreed specification. Had we, from the same agreed specification, delivered a Putty Concrete Pearl Kitchen, and you had complained about the colour, we would have ordered replacement doors and panels at our cost without delay; as we would have failed to meet the contractual specification.
Notwithstanding the above, we offered to cover 50% of the replacement cost as gesture of goodwill. However, you have refused this, failed to acknowledge that you signed an order with us for the Graphite, and additionally asked for compensation. This isn't fair or reasonable, and as such we have reached a situation deadlock with you.

LWK provided a great service and we have been very pleased with the completed kitchen. Any issues we had were resolved promptly and I would not hesitate to recommend their service and product.

Brilliant Kitchen, Fantastic Service
LWK Kitchens provided me with a highly professional service. At the outset, a highly skilled member of the team assisted me to create this amazing kitchen using the space in the most efficient way to ensure, light, space and appliances in the best places. The site survey was carried out efficiently I was assigned a Project Manager who was available at all times to deal with any queries. I was given a timetable from commencement to completion which was totally accurate and complied with.and when it came to the installation, the fitter was highly skilled, the boxes made to a high specification and the appliances world class. The work surface looks stunning and the glass splash back is amazing. The service was excellent and I thoroughly recommend LWK Kitchens.

LWK was easy to contact and responded quickly throughout the process. As with any project you need a relationship with the supplier to be able to get the project completed on time and to spec. LWK are a superior supplier in this respect. The only improvement I would suggest is that at least one site visit by the designer would be helpful especially if there are building works being undertaken. Great service and worthy of your hard earned money. LWK are a great company to work with, the team we had are very professional and courteous, would highly recommend using them again.
