I had very bad experience with panaroma kitchen. I found them worse company. Recently bought house in wainhomes Langley lane development where they build my kitchen which is awful.

Beware.

Super New Kitchen

From strip out to completion the whole process took longer than expected mainly because of a delay on the extractor/hood but overall I am delighted with the finished kitchen - superb product fitted by skilled craftsmen who cleaned up at the end of each day - everything works so much better than my old kitchen

Good Service

Designer of the kitchen was excellent in creating the kitchen I wanted. High quality products with great communication with the builders of any issues. There was a few issues regarding the drawers however it was quickly rectified by the fitter.

Poor Quality Kitchen

We have purchased a new build home with Countryside which came fitted with a panorama kitchen. The quality of the kitchen units are absolutely awful, we have now lived in our house for 12 months and the kitchen looks at least 5 years old already. Cupboard doors dented and chipped, worktops chipped, kitchen doors not level the list goes on. We take huge pride in our house and it is looked after, there is no reason that the kitchen should look so worn and tired already. Panorama must fit the cheapest possible kitchens in new builds houses! I am disappointed with Panorama and disappointed with our ‘premium’ new build home from countryside for purchasing such low quality cheap kitchen units from them. After 12 months of using a new kitchen I definitely shouldn’t be considering purchasing a new one!!! I would AVOID this company and spend your hard earned money elsewhere unless you’re happy to buy a new kitchen every 12 months.

I appreciate that you have looked into this matter further.

In response to your reply and to provide further clarification I have not claimed the cosmetic damage to the kitchen was conducted by an external party, my complaint is regarding the QUALITY of the kitchen fitted which was discussed with countryside in August.

If I had purchased the kitchen directly from yourselves and not through countryside you would have received a complaint which would have been escalated further.

My issues weren’t addressed by Countryside apart from the screws for the hinge as my cupboard door was hanging off in August. It has taken 2 months and a negative review for someone to contact me regarding the screws. In the meantime my husband had to purchase suitable screws and fix the issue before the kitchen was damaged further and the cupboard door completely came off.

If this is the standard of your premium range then yes I am disappointed. In my opinion a new kitchen should last at least 5 years minimum if it has been looked after considering the costs involved.

Hi,

Firstly I would like to assure you that your claims in relation to your kitchen have been fully investigated as we have been installing kitchens into New Build properties for over 40 years, and servicing Countryside Properties for 10 years or more with a high percentage of repeat custom from all our satisfied clients.

The kitchens we install into new build properties are part of our extensive portfolio of a premium kitchen range that can be viewed in our Kitchen Showroom’s.

We take instruction from our clients, in this case Countryside if a problem is encountered with any kitchen installed, but we were unable with the exception of replacement screws requested at the end of September to find any correspondence relating to your kitchen.

Therefore we enquired with Countryside to establish the reason for your post. We were informed that your kitchen was inspected by Countryside in August of this year and the damage found to be cosmetic and not the responsibility of anybody outside of the dwelling and as such we were never informed and had no knowledge of your complaint as no further action was deemed necessary.

Thank you Panorama Kitchens.

***Meanwhile if you would like any help you may contact our customer services team who will be able to assist you***

Complete Kitchen Package

From start to finish our experience of getting a new kitchen from the Panorama showroom in Anfield, Liverpool was excellent. The support from the Designer was outstanding whilst the team of Fitters etc were very efficient in all they did. Panorama also provided help to us in providing a list of builders who they had worked with previously and we appointed one of them (All Build NW) to carry out all of the additional work we required in the kitchen (flooring, electrics, wall tiles) etc. Again All Build were excellent. Would certainly recommend Panorama and we are delighted with our new kitchen.

Quality Job From Start To Finish.

We enlisted a number of companies to provide us with ideas/plans for our new kitchen and Panorama, by far, were the most helpful and innovative.

The collaboration between ourselves and Panorama's planning expert produced a kitchen design which we all felt utilised the space efficiently, ergonomically and aesthetically. We booked in the commencement date and I have to say everything went without a hitch. There were a few changes which we asked for during the process and Panorama were extremely helpful and patient with implementing them.

The kitchen is now complete and it is absolutely stunning. Thanks to Panorama for your sheer professionalism and expertise in making our dream come true.

Check Kitchen Unit Doors For Bubbling - Avoid This Company

HOUSE BUILDERS - AVOID THIS COMPANY! The houses on a new Wainhomes development in Barton have had kitchens installed by Panorama kitchens. The kitchen unit doors on these kitchens are terrible. They look fine to begin with but then the doors start bubbling in around 6-8mths - run your fingers along the bottom front edges and you'll feel it, if you can't see it. When you contact them, they'll happily come out n see you, but then they'll blame it on "the plaster drying out", "new houses have a lot of water", "you haven't maintained them well enough", "you shouldn't put your kettle n toaster there" - I.e. All yours or the builders fault. They will tell you they need to take doors for inspection so they can basically tell you it's your fault n not theirs (if they're interested in finding out what's really wrong, they can replace them then find out, but no, they won't do that. They will tell you "well the builder signed it off" (so basically tough). If you need anything from them you have to keep badgering them. They are a horrendous company n clearly give New Build Companies their crappest stock, then hide behind said companies, washing their hands of any problems as soon as they can, taking no responsibility for clearly defective products. I would never choose to have anything to do with this company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - it's really not worth the stress n your sanity dealing with them.

I am on Plot 11, Cedar Place, Barton (same development) and I am still waiting for my kitchen doors/hinges/handles to be replaced. The surveyor (really nice, pleasant guy) came round over a month ago, agreed what needed doing, and I still haven’t heard anything! Is it Panorama or Wainhomes that are holding this up??

After hearing reports from other neighbours that some of these kitchens have been replaced up to three times and are still bubbling, I would like to request that my kitchen be changed to the shaker style as I don’t agree that the customer should have to shoulder this stress. I await your call to book a discussion.

DianeMWells

We find your comments concerning, our records show we have no outstanding or unaddressed issues on the Barton site.

We would ask you kindly to directly message us with your contact details and the original plot number of your property so we may discuss the matter further.

New Fabulous Kitchen

This week was the Completion of my new kitchen ,and it was a big job as a full demolition was needed. The planning was great, he listened to all my needs and covered everything. The installation was carried out by a guy who did an amazing job! I can’t believe how hard he worked!. I am absolutely thrilled with it all. The finish is excellent, I mostly love my spice drawer and pull out corner cabinet.

Demolition was also carried out by the guys at Allbuild, my kitchen was stripped and prepped in perfect timing for installation. Electrics, gasworks, new ceilings, plastering, new floors. All work was done with real professionalism

I give these guys 5 stars!!

Disappointed Is An Understatement!

So my partner and I bought our first home together which is a new build with Countryside Properties. We were able to choose what we wanted for the kitchen and told we would have to sort out the washing machine if we didn’t want to pay over £900 for a integrated washing machine and sort the door, plinth and handle with Panorama. So when we moved in back in November 2020 we attempted multiple times to contact panorama and either couldn’t get through or sent emails which were not getting replied to. This carried on for 3 months. After finally getting through to someone (who was the same person we contacted back in November) finally arranged delivery so that our ugly washing machine would finally be covered with a door and plinth. So everything was delivered, the delivery man was just lovely so no complaints there however they sent the door with no guide as to where to put the handle, a length of plinth that we would have to cut and fit and the list goes on, and we had to pay over £60 for this. After getting in contact to discuss this, the person over the phone called my partner ‘rude’ which is highly unprofessional, I am a nurse and I have been spoken to in a rude manner and I would never comment that someone is rude. It is downright unprofessional and should have been understanding considering how let down we have both been by the company. The manager promised to ring us back the next morning to sort it.. shock, she didn’t. So after getting in contact we were told we would have to bring the items to Panorama kitchens but he would not be held responsible if any damage occurred to these items. Safe to say it has still not been sorted. To top all of this off, the kitchen has been fitted so poorly, there are massive gaps in between the cupboards and the oven. I am so disappointed by the company when something so small could have been resolved 3 months ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
