Walls & Floors excellent all round, an outstanding company.They promptly help at every stage, answering questions, sizing, quotes etc, anything you need to know. Cannot fault them. They run an excellent service, prompt delivery, tiles very well packed and you're kept up to date at every stage. Any queries promptly solved and very good quality products too at sensible prices. Do not hesitate, an outstanding company in this day and age that really cares about its customers. Do order a sample to make sure it is what you want. A million stars thank you.

I made the mistake of asking for a sample online from this company together with a quotation. 3 days after I received the sample (for which I paid), and from that point, I have received emails and calls chasing up. I received a call from a salesperson to whom I explained that we had not had a chance to look at the sample, she accepted that and said that they would wait for me to contact them. Notwithstanding that, I get a call from the person I dealt with again pushing for a sale as she had provided the quote. I will now go elsewhere, I can't stand pushy pressure sales techniques.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I ordered 30sqm of porcelain floor tiles. Despite being told I would be called an hour prior to delivery, the driver wasn't given that information and I had to rush home having had a call stating they were outside.

500kg of tiles unloaded only to find they were incorrectly described and are glazed porcelain. Call to arrange refund and collection as a result of the inaccurate advertisement. I was told I would get a call or email re organising a date and time. 2 days later I arrive home to find the pallet company outside my drive ready to collect the tiles. No communication or forewarning, kids in tow as it's half term and I have to load all 500kg worth of tiles. Call to speak to a manager and told I can't for this matter, no explanation and then told I'll get my money back in up to 10 days! Shambles from beginning to end!

Cheaper than the high street yes but appauling quality, inaccurate product information and even worse customer service!!!!

I am extremely disappointed, please think very carefully before using this company. The delivery and quality is absolutely fine but the customer service is disappointing and rather shocking! I ordered the tiles below for my kitchen floor, and the Ines which were sent were NOT representative of the ones we ordered. As you can clearly see they are different tiles! However, walls and floors are insisting that they are the same.

We spoke to a lady yesterday at walls and floors who agreed that they are different and she is passing that photo to the web development team (proof that it's misleading), we were told to order some samples and choose a new tile, then pay the difference and they would collect these tiles when they deliver the new ones... this we was very happy with!

However, this morning the manager has said no, we have to return the tiles at a cost to ourselves (cheapest courier is charging over £100) and then they will refund... but not exchange! They accept NO responsibility for the misleading photo as we should have ordered a sample. Yes we accept half of the responsibility for that reason, but they won't even meet us halfway, which for a company to take this stance is quite frankly shocking.

Although the tiles were nice I am very disappointed with this companies customer service. I spend £1600 on tiles and used their on line tool to work out how much grout I would need. I then ordered 10 bags. When doing the job we only required 3 bags so I have asked to return 7 unused bags. They have informed me that they will not collect these bags and must arrange a courier myself of which they will not offer a refund. This seems unfair has it was their online guide that advised how many bags I should buy so I was guided to buy a vast amount from them than I actually needed. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor after sales service and poor information guide.

Great looking tiles. Sample order service is great and I couldn't fault the customer service. When an additional box was required it was sent out quickly. Unfortunately the tiles were all broken, despite the box clearly being marked fragile, I do not think the courier/delivery company took due care. Walls and Floors dealt with this with no issue. I have recommended them and would use them again.

Goods arrived different colour, different thickness and different length to what was described. This company is delaying the refund process. Watch out for this company - once they make a sale they try to disappear. Thank goodness for the Consumer Rights Act where I do a charge back.

Terrible customer service. Company insist on charging illegal "restocking fee" for returned items & illegal fee to "process a refund". Unhelpful and persistent quibbling by customer service leaves no option but HM Courts and Tribunals Service. Nightmare company to deal with.

theirs driver is as numb as wood, if you do not want to be left in trouble, do not buy from them, as you will loose big time chasing their deliveries and loosing money while waiting for the stuff to arrive.

One of the worse companies we have ever dealt with. Customer service is exceptionally poor. This company is a complete joke.
