The person we dealt with provided us with a quote,that was in our budget. This was to replace Roof,Guttering and to panel exterior wall between us and the neighbour.

The team arrived promptly each day and the workmanship carried out was of a high standard.

At the end of each day the team would leave their work area clean and tidy ready for the next day.

They were very professional at all times and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

A5 Home Improvements are professional, courteous and highly competent in their work using quality materials. My three storey house had a thorough refit which involved replacing the old wooden soffit, fascia and barge boards, plus renewing the guttering and drainage systems.

I was impressed with the 5 employees who worked diligently and with great care over the handling off the removal of the old boards and gutters, followed by the installation of the new system.

The price was very fair, along with a long term guarantee, so what could be better? I am very pleased with the appearance and impressed with the quality of workmanship. If there are any doubts then ask him for the address and drive by and take a look, the work speaks for itself.

We have had several jobs done now by A5 Home Improvements, which include new fascias and soffits, a porch and a new conservatory roof. Each time the job has been done by professional, polite and considerate workmen, with minimal disruption and no rubbish left behind. We are really pleased with the great workmanship and competitive price, would recommend to anyone thinking of having some work done.

I engaged this company on the strength of the commitments they made and the fact they were members of the FMB.

This was repairs to roof hip lines.

Reviewing their first day's work I was incredibly disappointed. I spoke with the MD about the poor workmanship,who dismissed them by making false claims about my roof's condition in an attempt to justify bad work.

Forced to seek specialist advice I showed photos to a Quantity Surveyor who stated the company had done a really bad job and not used a straight line when bedding the tiles back, leaving an extremely poorly finished job.

I passed this information onto him, who became abusive, threatening and even told me to stick the job up my backside (in much more profanity language).

I raced home to discover they had cleared site and actually dismantled sections of my guttering system, which they stole (now reported to the police).

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. They are not FMB members and do bad work.
