I have just had a Cosy roof installed onto our conservatory. It is 18ft by 12ft. The tradesmen worked tirelessly and over the weekend - they were polite, extremely hard working, committed and communicated well. They respected the property and after completion of the roof the plasterers arrived. The plasterers were fantastic and have done a splendid job. As yet we have had no rain but we will be monitoring this. Reading the previous poor reviews I just thought I would write our personal experience.

Overall so far very happy for an excellent job - done in timescale and on budget.

If the rest of the UK worked this hard and diligently we would definitely be in a better position. The work ethic was superb. Thank you so far.

The guarantee that comes with this is totally worthless. Water has come into the roof ever since and multiple independent contractors have since said the roof is not fit for purpose. I have contacted CosyRoof and they aren't interested. They sent someone out who only tryed to seal the roof rather than resolve the issue. Please avoid this company.

I had my roof replaced 6 yrs ago and the internal ceiling plastering was terrible. I have had to get that replace red and then artexed together with other work around the join with the windows.

It’s now 6 years since the work was done and now birds have gotten the roof space and it’s leaking. I have been waiting for a repair for 3 weeks and every time it rains the water comes into the conservatory.

Is the guarantee worthless.

I am going to have to get another firm in to resolve the problem as Cosyroof are not responding to an urgent repair request.

Last summer I had a solid roof put on my conservatory by Cosyroof Ireland Ltd this carries a 10 year warranty which is useless the first rain leaked into the conservatory Cosyroof did not want to Know and said they would not send anyone out to fix it I paid a local builder £60 to fix it, we know have another leak and the ventilated soffits specified have not been used we have written to them 3 times and not had a reply, we are now taking them to court to try and get the problems fixed,we have since found out they use outside labour, also the plastering on the ceiling inside was so bad it had to be replastered BUYER BEWARE!!!
