I recently had a front door barrel replaced by a keytek Belfast fitter and mi door is still not secure. Not only that but the fitter has tightened the screws so tight that they will shear off trying to remove. The prices they charge are criminal. Poor service altogether.

Locksmith came out within the hour and opened our front door in about 20 seconds. Impressive and skilled work, but less than amused when we received a bill for £116 (after having £10 knocked off because he felt £126 was 'too expensive').

Sales script reads labour only charged as 'by the hour or any part per hour at £107 +VAT' which ambiguosly makes sense when you have it in print infront of you, but on the phone makes it sound like they charge in 'parts per hour'.

Fraudulently misleading and scandalously expensive.

Locksmith took five minutes opened door Charge £89 plus VAT Total £104.90 After he left I locked door again and found I couldn't open it. He said a new lock would cost £67 plus VAT. I said I would buy my own. I did. It cost £24 highest BS standard dead lock. The lady on the phone at the time said the locksmith would put my lock in without extra charge. I rang back when I had bought my lock and they said they would charge another £104.90 to come back.

absolutely terrible service. Key fitted less than a month ago and hasn't worked properly since day 1. They were called back today as under guarantee for 12 months and told that it was 'my door' that was the problem. It is the same door that he fitted the lock to a month ago so he must have known there would have been a problem. Charged a further £90.00 today for another call out as problem wasn't Keytek's. Money grabbing company, will never ever recommend. Disgusting and shameful service

Made an appointment and then made up a story about their van breaking down on a Friday afternoon. Left in the lurch.

We had a Lock smith out on Wednesday as my girlfriend had kindly left our keys inside the property. called You guys out and it was very quick, if not a little costly. lesson learnt will be keeping a spare with my mum.

I am so very pleased with this companies service. I called around a few places when I was locked out in my freezing porch, this locksmith was the only one who guaranteed to get to me in under an hour. They were here in 45 minutes!! They were a little pricey but it was worth it.
