Hakki hassan who own and runs the company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had the bad luck to do some business with him and it was him that acted as the customer and I as the Business for some bizzare reason. he has NO sense of professionalism, missed key deadlines when things were promised, refused to respond to emails/return calls within the agreed time.

He made some absolute disastrous mistakes on my project which a fully qualified architect would have been able to pick up. The result was that we had to make few MAJOR Alterations in our project which would normally be picked up very easily by a fully qualified architect but obviously werent by Hakki Hassan (who is definitly NOT an Architect).

What would I liked to know before instructing him:

- He is not RIBA registered

- He is NOT an Architect

- Level of professionalism = ZERO

- Some reviews on his service as he is very cagey about meeting any of his previous clients (I can see why now!)

AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He is Reckless and will cost you more money in the future!!!
