Ordered a double grey velvet bed arrived in three large boxes husband got all peoples out of box and then started to put together.

Staples sticking out of bed head and I mean sticking out

Nuts missing out of headboard so could not be fitted

Nuts missing from drawers

All,four drawers were not fitted to the bed to pull out the run along the floor on wheels

Sent email to the company and pictures of all evidence never heard a thing from these people but then I am not surprised once they have your money they are not bothered.

Customers service o%. Stay away there are better company's out there better quality beds and safe

There is no Customer Service in this company. Found the staff to be very unhelpful and extremely rude. Over priced goods. I would not recommend this company, take my advice and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 wooden bed frames and a mattress online, requesting Saturday delivery, and was called the next day where we agreed a delivery date. The delivery company texted me the night before with a time slot and everything arrived on time. I would have given 5 stars except that both frames had some very minor defects to the finish (but nothing worth sending them back for). Overall a very good experience.

Ordered a mattress only after visiting their showroom. Staff at showroom were very helpful with delivery arrangements. Delivered on time on the day requested following a phone call from the driver just before delivery.

Ordered new bed on 25/12/13 from Bed Warehouse Direct in West Midlands and requested old bed and mattress disposal service and an additional cost of £14.99. Received call from them on 27/12/13 to advise that they could not offer disposal service as I lived in Aberdeen. They confirmed delivery for 8/1/14, but I did not receive order until close of play 9/1/14, because of issues with courier company. I soon discovered that the slats provided for the base were for a small double and not a standard double which I had ordered. Manager totally unsympathetic and advised he would send the correct slats, but that I would not receive them until Monday 13/1/14 or Tuesday 14/1/14 at the earliest. When I challenged this and informed him that I had no bed to sleep on, he reluctantly agreed to send them next day delivery. However I have discovered today that the courier company they use is closed at a weekend - so it's a weekend of sleeping on the floor for me. Appalling service.

bed was of fair quality for the price, delivery was resonably quick.
