Craftmatic Adjustable Bed

Totally not happy with comfort, way to hard. Even on the soft side, terrible Rep & customer service & service department. There is NO foot warmer as rep said. We have a King size bed and they delivered 2 twins and mattresses that do not stay together so there is a big opening between mattress. Not true when they say 50% less than other mattress company. But we didn't care if Craftmatic was the best. It truly is not. We called our Rep and he said will get back with us.

Several weeks later my wife had past away. I din't sleep in the bed for about 2 months.

When I finally started to sleep in the bed again about 2 months later my back hurt so much I Called my Rep again. A total of 5 times and said he would switch out for a Queen size. I said our expensive bed frame is a King size so that wouldn't work.

He said he would get back with me each time but never did!

Than on my the next call they informed me he does not work there anymore. They transferred me to customer service and said they will make sure we are happy and transferred me to Service department that told me it's over a year and nothing they can do for me.

A lot of money , not comfortable, Poor representative, Maybe that is why this man was no longer there.

I couldn't be more unsatisfied !!!! I do not recommend you to any company more. And there are companies that are cheaper and more comfort.

Do not buy a craftmatic bed off the internet net and let them have your credit card because you become a customer at there mercy with me they used a tatic I call bait and switch I ordered one mattress and got another. my Wife and I both need firm which is what we ordered but did not get.We ordered firm and got less than firm. When we talked to them about getting a firm in memory foam they did not have a memory foam firm, that's not

what they said when we ordered. they said they had 3 different firm mattresses none of which was memory foam.we were never told about paying $90 per each mattress to be sent back.was told if we give up our 30day in home trial they would forgive $180.00 sounds like a sham to me

THEY CANNOT DELIVER BY AN ACCEPTABLE TIME AND CHARGE FOR RETURN DELIVER WHEN THEY COULDF NOT DELIVER. THERE WAS NO 30 DAY GUARNTEE.

What ever you do, DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You will be as sorry as I am. I got "sucked" into buying one and surely regret it. Craftmatic has terrible business practices. I think I will contact the attorney general here in Indiana to report them. When I talked to the salesman, Man in Florida, I told him I had had fusion surgery just 6 months ago. He said he had had two of the same surgeries....knew what I was going thru and this bed was the answer. I ordered it and was told that delivery would call me thirty minutes before arriving. They did not. I had fallen asleep and was not totally dressed when I woke up with a big black man standing in my living room hollering for me. He did not knock or ring the doorbell, just walked in. Needless to say I was furious. I wish I had told him to take the bed back where he got it right then but I didn't. The contract states that the delivery people are supposed to take out the old bed and put it where you want it. That man told me I had to get the old bed out. I am a 76 year old veterans widow with no family. I told him no he was going to move it. The headboard was fastened with screws so he informed me that he had no tools to do that and again I would have to get it out. Asked him why a company would send them out with no tools...he said they had a tool box but did not think they would need it on Saturday. I couldn't figure out what the day of the week had to do with carrying tools. They finally got the headboard off then let it fall on the metal frame. The headboard got a chunk of wood chopped out of it but they did not tell me. Finally they were carrying the Craftmatic bed in the house. They dropped the bed coming up two small wide steps. The bed hurts my back so called to return it. They will not come pick it up nor will this man return my calls. In case you want to

buy an adjustable bed..........go to a reputable company............Craftmatic is in England.........I did not know this........

My husband has Gerd and neuropathy and we were given a script to get an adjustable bed. This bed is fantastic, my husband can lift his feet up and his head and has alleviated alot of his pain. It has a firm side and a soft side, so you can flip the mattress. It is by far the best those memory foam mattresses stink, we had one and could not wait to get rid of it. It was the worst bed I have ever selpt on. Memory foam sucks you in and leave permanent indentations of your body, so that you almost have to stay in the same spot all of the time. We researched a ton of beds before we bought so it ia a tremendous find.

I ordered a bed using their financing company for a rate of 14.9% and when the bill came it was at 27.9%. When they said they would fix it didn't happen. Then the new bill came they had charged a second bed to the credit card account. Now no one will return my calls to get it straightened out. Be aware of them. The mattress is of poor quality that they first send you. They make you wait as close to the 45 day so you will forget and then charge you extra to get a new mattress. I am very dissatisfied with their business practices. Now this has affected my credit rating. Jim of California. Sure wish I had known what this company was like.

i have not bought one of their beds; neither will I ever do so.

I was offended and annoyed by two "cold" call phone calls from their Representatives on two consecutive days.

Deliberately vague as to where they got my name address and phone number.

Ignored my repeated request as to where they got my personal details; over talked me wanting only to confirm my address for them to send a salesman round.

I would not deal with a Company who employed such unpleasant marketers.

I am in colorado Springs disabled and have a hoorific story about the horror i went through from not being delived, bed locked me in it, screws etc fell out while their tech was here (said it was a piece of S%^&) have pix and log all since May.. til now still..i need a lawyer cant find one unless i pay monthly payments for like zoom .com etc. please anyone know of attorney? My attorney in NY said I do have a case. he cant help (n.Y.)

please any help is a big help! dont know where else to look!

i would recommend everybody to think very very carefully before buying this bed . i just had a baby and when he realised that he sold me such a story that i fell for it and ended up selling me a king size adjustable bed!! he knew i was a single parent and that i didnt need such a big bed that was worthh nearly $10K. he told me that it would be much more cheaper to buy that size and that im apparntly eligable for a big discount of $4,000. i ended up paying the full $10K plus delivery fee of $250 and a BAD.CREDIT default under my name which was shocking bcoz i paid every cent then they came and took my BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!!! little dıd i know that man that sold me the bed was the franchise owner but you see he told me he was just.a seles team member! and how did i find out u ask ?? the 2 young men that deliverd the bed.told me everything!! he uses storys depending on your situation just to sell you a bed!! he swore on the holy bibel that his wife and him lost over 15KGS each just by using the massager 20 mins every night for 3 months and stupid me belived his lies.canoz he was sooooooo convincing!! point is im a single 25 year old parent with a newborn BABY.. i lost $10K and wasnt allowed to keep my bed that i paid for and on top of everything i have a credit DEFUALT!!!! and recently got letters from there lawyers telling me i must pay for all the legal FEES!! they ripped me off to the extent that i didnt have not a cent to bu a loaf of bread and i was brestfeeding too!! so i ended up at the salvation army office for food vouchers then red cross then followed meals on wheels for homeless people just to have A.FEED so i can produce a few drops of ilk for my baby !!

Stressed out and $2000.00 poorer my mom hads nothing but horrible customer service with her Craftmatic Adjustable Bed which was the equivalent to a $200.00 mattress from a discount store.
