After 14months Sleeping On Dreams Kingsize Memory

After 14months sleeping on Dreams kingsize memory foam mattress called Premier Readymatt (£349) is got dimentia! It totally lost its memory. Independent assessor came to assess and confirmed that it should have not have lost its shape so quickly. It has a 5yr guarantee. After a few days, customer service called to say we could pick a new mattress to the equivalent price or their new version, the Sovereign. We visited local store, turns out the Sovereign is now renamed as Realm! Its so soft I can squeeze with my finger/thumb on the corner. Of course, we were shown other mattress's, 2 of which were priced at £1,209!!! and thats just for the matress (it doesnt include a holiday to the Seychelles, but at that price it should!) I have called customer services again, left 2 messages, and am awaiting a reply. I am going for either a better mattress with new 5yr guarantee, or a full refund. So not impressed. Will let you know how I get on.

We Bought A Bed From Dreams Beds Superstore In Sep

We bought a bed from Dreams Beds superstore in Sep 2007, the bed + mattress cost us over £1200. We also bought a 10 years guarantee from them. It's a foam mattress Westminster 1400 spring pockets price over £600. The problems with the mattress started appearing in the first year we taught initially is normal settling etc. But after having the mattress for more than 2 years it became impossible to sleep on it. We contacted Dreams. They sent an independent assessor to assess the mattress when I spoke to the guy while he was examining the damage he said that he is not sure what is the cause for it and they will find out when they cut open the mattress. We got a letter from Dreams with the technicians report stating that the damage is irreparable but it was caused due to wear and tear although we had it for less than three years, they also claimed that we didn't rotate the mattress often enough and is our fault so they wouldn't do anything about it. So not only their products are of inferior quality but also their guarantee is totally useless as it attempts to mask a damage general wear and tear.

We Bought Our Memory Foam King Size From Dreams Le

We bought our memory foam king size from Dreams less than two years ago at a cost of £400. We used this mattress on a rigid base divan bed. After a year of use, we were both tossing and turning, waking up unrefreshed or with lower back pain and it was too hot in the summer months. The Dreams mattress cost a lot of money and lasted just over a year of use and the Dreams guarantee does not cover the mattress unless it is bought with their bed base too. An utter waste of £400 for a awful product. Beware of Dreams memory foam!
