Hypnia Memory Foam Mattress

Not a 10 year guarantee as I have found out. It's actually a 5 year guarantee because each year after this period, the cover is reduced by 20% every year.

So if your mattress is 8 years and 2 months old like my one, you are now in the ninth year of the guarantee and therefore you would have to pay 80% of the cost for a replacement despite Hypnia accepting my mattress had failed in its quality but only after I sent numerous photos as proof!

Also be aware they operate under another company name "sleep tight memory foam" via eBay that hold stock despite Hypnia stating your mattress is made to order.

Great seller, long guarantee - really nice mattress. There aren't many companies that have been around for as long as hypnia, these guys know their mattresses and were super helpful.

We looked around and settled on Hypnia as our choice (everyone has a few bad comments). We ordered, got confirmation and next day got advice of shipment. We took delivery a day or so later, all very simple!

Couldn't believe how well compressed it was, but it grew back to size and we used it the next day.

We have not slept so well, ever. At first we thought we were just over keen on our new purchase, so we agreed to give it a month before we reviewed it.

Well, I have given it six weeks, because at 4 weeks I still felt too happy with it. I now have to say that we both feel so well rested that we are visibly much happier.

HOWEVER, I do have one problem with this mattress (Kingsize 12 inch) and that is that when the alarm goes off, although I wake up, I NO LONGER WANT TO GET UP!!

Hypnia is the worst company I have ever purchased from!! I ordered my mattress 10 months ago and in that 10 months they had missed 3 delivery dates! Their customer 'support' is appalling, they didn't even inform me there were delays in production, I had to chase them with emails trying to find out what was going on with my order. They then used an excuse that they were moving back to the uk so I would be waiting even longer. The best part is after 10 months I'd had enough and emailed them asking for a guaranteed delivery date or my money back. I got my money back. But no apology or anything for making me wait 10 months for nothing!!! Absolute joke of a company!

This is more of a comment about the customer service as it is still early days for the replacement mattress. I contacted them after finding one side of the original mattress sagging. The gentlemen was very polite and explained how to take a photo best to show what I meant. I received a response the same day after sending the photo and another mattress was delivered promptly.

Love their product! - a friend has had several Hypnia mattresses in their own home, holiday home and even boat! When they recommended them we though we'd give it a try. So pleased we did...

I had a great experience here. I bought my first mattress eight years ago and actually even when I got rid of it, I still think it possibly had life in it looking back now. Delivery back then was Swift, after a few years the zip broke on the cover, but that was simple and I ordered a new one and was given loyalty discount. I just replaced my mattress, returning to this brand. I encountered a very helpful gentleman at the office who helped me seek the right model again. Whilst there were a few Queries, we had a few conversations and I found him to be extremely helpful and courteous at all times. In summary, I have had no problems with this company .

We contacted Hypnia because, after five years of use, we had a problem with our mattress. We spoke to one of their representatives who was polite and very helpful. He listened patiently to the problems we had encountered and suggested, if possible, to send photo's of the mattress. As soon as the photo's arrived he contacted us to apologize that we had encountered problems and that the company would be replacing the mattress, which would be sent by courier, and we should receive it within a week. He was true to his word. It was also arranged for a courier to pick up the damaged mattress. I cannot stress enough how efficient and

profession the whole situation was handled. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would like to share my genuine review regarding the single mattress 10" This mattress is like sleeping on something smooth you mould into it and have such a tight comfortable sleep. Whoever sleeps on this mattress in the family whether overweight or who has chronic back pain has such a great night sleep even a nap in the daytime freshens you up so much.

The quality is amazing I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone. So whether you have back pain, even if your over weight you won't regret it.
