Rubbish

I bought a memory zoom 9000 and neither rely on or the retailer would take responsibility for the fact that it sagged within the guarantee time which ended in nov 2022. I first complained in 2018 and the Fira man came and said the sagging was ecceptable and would do nothing more.the retailer wouldn’t do anything either.it was so expensive I couldn’t afford to buy another so have suffered in silence.and then lockdown came as well so was not going to get any help then.dont know why they are still trading.i complained to relyon and they forwarded the complaint to the retailer and they never replied so I now do not use that retailer again.

Don't Buy A Reylon Mattress.

I bought a Reylon Warwick mattress about ten months ago. Within a few weeks it was starting to sag in the middle. After a few months I paid Reylon £35 for an inspection using their own inspector, who found nothing broken. As he put it. Since then the mattress is sagging even more and so is my back. If you cherish a good night's sleep do not buy Reylon. Their eight years warranty is not worth a light. The mattress was not cheap either at over seven hundred pounds.

Avoid!!

Don't Buy A Reylon Mattress.

I paid over seven hundred pounds last year for a Reylon mattress. After a couple of months it started to sag in the middle. You can't flip it over, only revolve it. Since then it has become much worse. Leaving me with a crippling backache when I wake up.Their eight years guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. I paid them to do an inspection using their own company. Of course they found no fault. This matteress is absolute rubbish. Avoid!!

Reylon Valencia - Overheating And Sagging

Wishing I had done some better research before buying this mattress but have to admit I thought spending that sort of money on a mattress meant is was bound to be good... How wrong was I. For the first 6 months or so it was actually great however the last year has turned into a nightmare! My husband barely sleeps in it finding himself in hot sweats in the middle of winter with the window open. We also both sink into the middle of the bed and literally have to climb out of bed. Mattressman send an 'independent inspector' and I thought wow we're actually going to get a resolution but no we get told its natural settlement. I am currently considering cutting off the latex topper to see if that's causing the sweating but worried if they are not properly separated and I end up wreaking it completely... Has anyone else cut off the top?

we have a Relyon Ullswater pillow top mattress that causes hot sweats to both myself and my wife, we have not experienced this with previous beds but according to relyon there is nothing in the mattress that can cause overheating and that there is nothing they can do about the problem. the retailer obviously because the mattress is now used (35 Nights) does not want it back so we either stick with it or take a big hit and dump it. Like the previous post my wife refuses to sleep in it and is now using a spare bed with a normal padded top mattress and finds she can now sleep ok. wish we had never bought the thing

Sags At The Sides

I bought a super king size 2000 pocket less than a year ago at a cost of approx £1400. My husband and I are both edge sleepers and so despite the fact that the middle does not seem to have sagged at all, the sides are now folding down on themselves whenever you lie on it. Clearly there is not enough strength in the edges and so now after making an investment purchase to get a good nights sleep we are both sleeping on our own mini hill side rolling out of bed. Awful, avoid at all costs.

Worst Bed I Have Ever Had And Terrible Customer Service

Bought a Relyon Aurora Deluxe with the "benefit" of 5 year guarantee. The memory foam appears to have lost its memory with large depressions up to 58mm in depth and ridge in the centre. Very uneven and does not give adequate support and very uncomfortable. Worst bed I have ever owned.

FIRA engaged to do a report by Relyon but that was joke - didn't test that the memory foam recovers and ignored the deepest depressions. There have been so many comments and complaints about this bed Relyon must be aware its an issue but they are not interested. The 5 year guarantee appears to be worthless.

Absolute Rubbish, Do Not Buy One!!!!

We purchased a pocket sprung bed within weeks it started to sag on each side leaving the centre line totally solid so when you lay on the bed facing out you feel like you are going to slide off. Relyon sent a man around with a piece of string, he laid it across the mattress and took measurements (shame the string sinks into the hollows) he then said it was with in there limits what a joke just like the manufacturers!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A RELYON BED......

Relyon Braemar Divan Bed

Have had this bed for 20 years. Only now am I thinking of replacing it.

Good quality materials and manufacture.

From the reviews I have read it seems that the airfoam mattresses have been a disaster.

Have looked at the Kensington Relyon and liked it very much. Anyone got any comments about this bed?

Waste Of Money

I bought a reylon memory foam impression 1200 mattress and have had it for just over three weeks august 2014. I have had memory foam before and had no problem. Being a pocket sprung mattress it should be not as warm as full memory foam . How I was so wrong. I had not a a proper night sleep in over three weeks the smell has not gone it is itchy and when you move around on it all of a sunder there seems a lump which Is like a large brick. The worst thing is the heat it is so so hot I have a duvet underneath to try and stop the heat but other time I sleep on my old single bed. I am going to write to reylon has I believe this cooling stuff they advertise on their mattresses is false representation

I will be looking at trade and standards once reylon replies if not satisfactory as this is 500 pounds down the drain. I think I could cope with it being uncomfortable but I cannot cope with the excessive heat it gives out it feels like my skin is on fire. May be another night on the single bed again. I wish I bought a cheap mattress would of been easier to replace due to the money would not of felt like I had wasted my money but 500 pounds really I expect more than this. My skin is boiling to touch. Everyone is different so cannot say not to buy this product however I would say beware really beware.

Awful Quality And Disgusting Customer Service

We bought this mattress 2 years ago for my mother, aged 73, who had just had a major heart operation. The mattress has "5 Year Guarantee" on the label. About 2 months ago my mother complained of having back ache. After inspecting her mattress I noticed it had softened a lot in the middle, so I called Bentalls department store, who we bought the mattress from. They contacted Reylon, who arranged for a FIRA inspector to visit our house. His conclusion that the mattress was fine and that the amount of softening is normal. I called Bentalls again to tell them I wan't happy with the outcome but they weren't willing to do anything further.

My mother is not a well woman, with heart, kidney and thyroid problems. She was not sleeping well and I couldn't let her suffer any more. I bought her new mattress from Dreams and now she is very comfortable again.

Do a Google search and you will find several other people have had problems with Reylon mattresses and been fobbed off by a so called independent inspector. I will never buy this brand again and not from Bentalls either.
