Not the first time I’ve ordered from The Rug Seller .

Such a huge range of rugs available in a good choice of sizes.

I ordered a large Boho rug to replace another Boho which I’ve moved to another room . Very pleased with the quality and great speedy delivery . The rug soon settled in and looks great . The pile is fairly long but vacuums well.

Our recent purchase of a Jaguar rug has been a delight! Fabulous design & quality of rug! Excellent price and very speedy delivery! I’ll will definitely be buying from you again! Many thanks!

We are designing an African style room and this springbok rug really finished it off. I would have preferred it a little bigger but hey springboks aren't that big!

The colours are amazing, light brown, dark brown and white. It is butter soft and gorgeous.

It arrived quickly and well wrapped.

I can't fault the rug and would highly recommend the seller.

This is the second wool rug we have bought from The Rug Seller. We returned as we were extremely happy with the first, and now this one too.

It is as it was shown in the photos, is excellent quality and will no doubt be durable and easy to care for.

We were kept updated on delivery, which was within 10 days (I think, from memory).

Ordered Sovereign Antique rug excellent and quick delivery and rug looks great just what we wanted. Liked it so much immediately ordered another once again delivery.

The rug didn't look like how it was on the website. It was a grey rug with white lines (Morrocco style rug). The white lines were wide, thick and long on some parts of the rug, and thin and short in other places. I tried hoovering it, but it did not change it's appearance. I tried moving/spreading the rug with my hands but it made no difference. You could not see the lines at all in some areas. I e-mailed the rug seller twice about this, and I was fobbed off twice by saying that it's due to the pile height and direction and denied that it was faulty, although I did send photos comparing it to the one on the website. It was either misleading or faulty. I have had to arrange my own return with a courrier and paid £18 to have it returned, and I will won't be able to claim the return costs. Appauling service by the Rug Seller and terrible customer service. Don't bother ordering from this website! Shocking! I won't be buying from them again!

I recently ordered a new runner rug for the hall, I was delighted that many of my favourite Morris & Co designs were on offer. I had to pre-order and expected a bit of a wait but just over a week later the rug was on its way. It arrived very well wrapped and the rug exceeded my expectations. It looks beautiful. I ordered the red Strawberry Thief design and the colours are lovely - the rug is nice and thick and has made the hall look fabulous.

We placed an order for a Turtle Mat on 24 Jan from The Rug Seller. We used Amazon Pay for the purchase. There was no indication on their website that the mat we wanted would not be dispatched within 5 working days. However, with nothing heard by 12 Feb we contacted The Rug Seller, via Amazon Pay, and asked for an update; to be fair they did respond by the next day to tell us that our mat was en route to their dispatch warehouse and that we would be updated by the end of the week, which would have been 16 Feb.

Yet again The Rug Seller went all radio silence on us so on 19 Feb we emailed them directly and asked for dispatch and delivery details by no latter than 20 Feb (the 21 Feb will have been 4 weeks from the order date).

Again to be fair they did respond on the 20 Feb, but only to advise us that the forecast for delivery to their warehouse was now 11 Mar, six and a half weeks from the order, and still no actual forecast as to when we will receive our purchase.

So order cancelled and we await our refund.

Bought this rug after seeing it in a holiday rental we stayed in. Very quick delivery and it looks lovely in our living room. Sheds a bit at the mo as it’s wool but I’m sure this will decrease with time. Good value. Very happy customer.
