I booked a deep clean of my studio flat and an oven clean.

The quote for the deep clean was one cleaner for 5 hours. The cleaner called me to say they were finished after 3.5 hours. While cleaning had been done, I wouldn’t call it a “deep clean”: the cooker hood and kitchen blind were still thick with grease; laminate flooring in the bed area hadn’t been cleaned at all; I’d cleared the top of the bathroom cabinet and fridge prior to the cleaner’s arrival, but these had not been cleaned; and the tops of some doorframes had been missed. I ended up noticing and cleaning these areas myself over the next few days.

The oven clean was booked for the same day, but I got a call on the day to say the cleaner was ill and we re-booked it for the following week. In discussing the re-booking time, I said I had a supermarket order arriving 2-6pm, and that I didn’t want it to clash as my kitchen is very small. I asked how long an oven clean would take and was told 1-2 hours Therefore we booked the clean from 12-2pm. The oven cleaner still hadn’t arrived at 1:35pm, and as it would have clashed I had to cancel the booking, I asked to cancel it. There was some quibble about refunding me the £75 fee for the oven cleaning, but I did get an agreement the next day to refund it due to being advised to book the cleaning for 12 in order to avoid the clash with the delivery at 2.

While I understand that people get sick and sometimes bookings have to be re-scheduled at the last minute, and that traffic can cause delays, cancelling on the day, then being nearly two hours late for the rebooking and not at all proactive about letting the client know about it is a poor way to run a business. I’d also question their quality control process, as the deep clean was not to the standard I had hoped for.

Fantastic. 2 cleaners 4 hours each. House is spotless and just everything is perfect. Hard grafters and didn't stop working away with vigorous dedication. My oven is gleaming, windows and mirrors sparkling. Great cleaner and her sister are now my go too fast cleaners.

We have used the company three times out of which only the first time we got a descent cleaning. The last two were not only satisfactory but absolutely appalling. We hired the company to clean our new house before moving in with no furniture so quite a straight forward job. However we came back to find a house full of grime and dust. When we complained they asked us to send pics and the response to our pics of dirt and grime was that they do not guarantee the removal! Do not use, you better do it yourself for the money.

I don't normally leave review on website, but I cannot accept the way they deal with business and do not want any other people have the same experience like me so I decide to leave a review to warn others.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for one bedroom flat before Christmas, stating the new tenant move in day is 7th Jan 19, cleaner came on the 22nd Dec 18 but didn't complete all tasks that have been stated on the terms and condition, end of tenancy clean is a deep clean, make sure the flat is clean and ready for the new tenant. But the outcome are poor, e.g. floors not clean properly, toilet bowl not clean, lot of food debris underneath microwave and sofa.

I reported these to the office along with photos proof, they rearranged another visit to complete the unfinished jobs on 5th Jan, but then let me know they have to rearrange it because of staff sickness, I appreciated the circumstances and agreed to rearranged the appointment again to 7th Jan (day the tenant move in). Cleaner turn up on 8th Jan, after 5 mins in the flat, the cleaner claimed he wiped the tiles in kitchen (which is not mentioned on the job list) and refused to carry out the missing tasks that he supposed to do on the day, as the new tenant already move in, and he is not cleaning other people mess. the new tenant only move in his belonging on Monday and did not stay over on Monday as I reassure him that the house will be complete on Tuesday. The cleaner came in on Tuesday morning clearly see there are no one actually living in that flat but refuse the complete the job he already been paid for.

I contacted the office and they are not being very helpful, all I get is they will not carry out cleaning once the flat is occupied. They should not need the second visit if they carry out the clean properly on the first one, and arrange a second visit on a day that after tenant move in then refuse to carry out the clean because the tenant belonging there, that is totally unfair.

when reported to the office, the staff are not helpful, not willing to take the responsibilities. I will definitely not gonna use them again and advise you guys not to. stay away from them.

Booked an appointment for carpet cleaning.

Waited over 2 hours , no one came .

Appointment got rebooked for following day.

No one turned up again.

No one had to decency to call me to tell me that equipment had broken down.

Don't Waste your time with this company especially End of Tenancy cleaning where they didn't even turn up. just stopped taking our calls.

The condition of the carpet should be maintained. I know that and since I am getting worried about my carpets health I called Fast Cleaners for a carpet cleaning London immediately. Your services were not that expensive contrary to my original belief.
