Clorox Ready Mop

This is a good mop for everyday cleanups

This mop makes cleaning up so very easy. It is very light and manuverable.

I've used the mop about five times and it leaks and wonk spray the water, just pours out of the bottom.

I love the ready mop, however, not long after I began using it, the rubber base where you attach the cleaning pads disintegrated. I can't find a replacement and although I have written to Clorax to try to obtain a replacement part I have not heard from them.

I loved the mop, but it's made for every day cleaning on smooth floors, not scrubbing. End of handle broke, husband made another out of wood. Putting pressure on it to clean, broke that too. The bottom of the top part of the handle, started of come apart, but I put a clamp on it. I like the convenience of the mop, but the quality stinks. Can't someone make 1 that will hold up to pressure, when wanting to scrub?

I bought my first ready mop in 2003, I used it all the time to mop my floor. It finally bit the dust in 2010. I went out and bought a nother ready mop soon after. The mop lasted a week before it cracked at the bottom where the handle attaches to the bottom part that holds the cleaning cloths. I wrote Clorox and explained to them how I really loved this mop and was disappointed that after only a month the mop broke. They told me to buy another one and send the receipt to them the the rebate form they had sent me. I received the replacement cost in the way of a check. So I have been using this mop for 4 months, it hasn't felt like I can use it as intended because it does not feel sturdy. I barely put pressure on it because of fear the handle will snap. Sure enough, went to mop a small area on the kitchen floor the other day and heard a snap, the same place cracked and once again the mop is useless. At this point I am way too frustrated to contact Clorox. I clean houses for a living, the lady I work for has a ready mop she's had forever and we can apply as much pressuer as needed to clean the floor. So I am not sure what the design flaw is lately.

This mop just keeps on breaking and they keep on sending me a new one. My fourth mop broke off at the head in less than two months. The guarantee is for one year so they sent me a rebate coupon for a new set. Of course, a complete Ready Mop inclues 8 pads and a bottle of cleaner worth more than half the total kit price. I like the ease of use of the mop but it sure isn't built for durability.

I can't believe the reviews either. I have the clorox ready mop. I haven't had any trouble finding the cleaner or the pads and I live in a small town. I love my mop. It works great.

Wow all the reviews that don't like this product are amazing I love mine and it is soooooo much better than the swiffer. I have had mine for 5 years and the only problem is finding the pads which I now order on line.

Never have had any of the problems mentioned by others.
