Do not use this company. Unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional, poor cleaning (zero attention to detail). The girl in the office is also totally incompetent. Avoid Domestique cleaning at all costs.

Paid £107 for a spring clean and the basic dusting and cleaning of skirting boards wasn't done. Surfaces were not cleaned down properly. The kitchen floor wasn't swepted or washed properly, the kitchen table wasn't moved to clean properly behind or under neat the table . Bins weren't emptied apart from one . Would never use this cleaning company again. The only thing done properly was the bath tub and shower door. The bath room floor wasn't cleaned properly.. The fridge wasn't cleaned properly. I had to go around and clean all these things that weren't done after the cleaner had left. Ripp off for the service that was provided !

Domestique cleaners are the worst one I have ever used for professional cleaning. They haven’t cleaned properly and when questioned they didn’t even respond. The house was still dirty and the agency was not happy at all. Such a waste of money!!!!

Very average work - the supervisor was all ears to listen to corrections, but nothing got improved second time. We got two houses cleaned, he specifically said after first house that we will do better job. i gave him second chance, and we ended up with dirt under a bed, 3 dirty bags that were untouched - a rug with black stains, and then he sent me more bill to what was agreed in first place. When I questioned things were getting argumentative, that I felt was my mistake to give them the second job. This is where I learnt my lesson that other cleaners who are local may charge more money but are professional, and admit and improve on their cleaning mistakes. Unfortunately, him being nice and positively talking did not show any improvements. I did not argue about money so paid what was agreed, but is definitely not recommended.

Very prompt with communication and provision of quote. However the deep clean was average and didn't deliver against our list of specifications so would not recommend for a deep clean service.

Manchester branch, Domestique Cleaning.

We had a semi-detached property with 2 bathrooms for rent. We had a pretty bad relationship with our useless estate agent renowned for being stingy with the deposit. E.g. changing a lightbulb would cost £30 with a potential £150 admin charge. We had never hired a cleaner before, but our house needed a very deep clean after 2 years of living in it.

The main guy came and cleaned our house for 6 hours, and then did a further 2 extra, at no extra charge.

But what we really liked is that the guy who owns the franchise and gives the quote inspected it after. We were also present for this and every little thing missed, this guy made sure was spotless, working for another extra hour He was very friendly and clearly wanted it to be right for the customer and fulfil his promise of a spotless house ready for the estate agent inspection.

We were also present for the inspection from the letting agent. They said it was immaculate and couldn't find fault with it, and we received our full deposit back.

We used this company after our cleaner left the country. The cleaner they sent was worse than useless. My wife spent just as much time going over the shoddy work. This company over promise and under deliver. We sacked them after 2 cleans and their feeble excuses. They even tried to blame our cleaning equipment!

One of the worst cleaning jobs I have seen done by a professional company.

Was offered a 2 hour clean to keep the cost down of an end of tenancy clean to find even the simple things like wiping door handles and shower heads wasn't done. Mould was left in corners of the skirting boards and the fridge was barely wiped out.

When bringing this up with the owner of the company all he could say was it takes longer to clean it properly. Very unprofessional. Would never use these guys again. Had to pay again to get it done properly.

We are very happy with Domestique. I have found the service professional courteous and a high standard of clean that we have received from our regular cleaner and from the cover cleans we have had when our regular cleaner is on holiday. We have been using Domestique for 4 years now and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them.
