Do Not Get Involved With This Company,!!!!!
Cancelled the work, and received email informing me to expect my £2,100 deposit to be debited to my account within two weeks.Surprise, surprise, four weeks later, it hasn't arrived. I am now going to name and shame them publicly on a consumer affairs phone -in.

Not Told That Sray Foam Will Make Your House Unmorgatable
I bought this foam 2 years ago after being told it was the best thing since sliced bread.Little did I know that lender or mortgage company will NOT touch foam open cell or closed ..Nothing was explained during the sale. They sprayed straight.onto the felt of the roof which should never be done. After research I find out that you need a special PR roof felt for spray foam. They wrongly applied it And I'm furious as they are trying to fob me off now saying they are sticking to building regulations But it's a lie No one has this type of felt on their roof They make out their warrenty is enough for lenders Its rubbish I've had several surveyers look at my roof and are shocked that these people sprayed foam over the felt without even leaving a ventilation gap. I have to pay a lot of money to remove this stuff to be able to ever allmy house

Cold Calling And Pressuring A Vulnerable Old Lady. Disgrace!
Cold called my auntie who has dementia and stayed for over 2 hours. Convinced her to have unnecessary loft insulation. This work will lower the house value and prevent any future mortgages. They left no paperwork.
COMPLETE SHAM!

Do Not Use This Company
After taking a £1400 deposit to get a discount they arrived 2 days later to install foam and their equipment failed so not installed. Lady on phone was rude and unhelpful about refund. Cheque arrived 14 days later and bounced. Still not resolved and now want us to wait 14 more days for another cheque as this is their "policy". Company sucks, appears to be product issues too.

Toxic Company
Please stay clear of them
This company is Absolutely shocking.
I thought the hard miss sell to vulnerable customers had well gone along with kirby carpets!?.
After looking on the Internet for loaf installation, I came across home logic website, I was not sure what foam spray was all about, I entered my details within 2 min I had a call.
I must have asked several times if this was loft insulation? What is the cost?.
Next day I had a man called.to my house, that I could not get rid of.
The hard sell started,
I have only lived in my home for 6 weeks, mortgage since moving I have lost my job.
Yet he still insisted I signed for the foam spray, £550 for 1st quote.
He then phoned the office, if I signed straight away and left a £500 deposit I could have a discount new quote £4100!!!.
Also you can't sell your house with foam spray, you can't remortgage with foam spray.
I used what money I had for Christmas to get rid of him.
I phoned the office straight away to cancel to be told I will receive a cheque within 14 working days.
They will notake a refund to my card.
So sorry to hear this. Did you receive the cheque after 14 days?
Their Field Sales Manager Has Been Posting Things
Their Field Sales Manager has been posting things like, "all women are prostitutes" on social media. Definitely something to keep in mind before working with this company if you are a woman or care about any woman in your life. Appalling.

They Didn't Tell Us Everything
They didn't tell us everything and the spray foam is toxic and it rots the timbers. My father went through a mental trauma and only slept for 5 hours at night. He is devastated by the cost and how the toxic fumes have lasted for more than 4 days. They also told us to sign a contract but they didn't tell us what it was so we signed it. But then we signed off the 14-day reject period. They rushed us into signing it and were very forceful
I am deeply ashamed of myself and the spray foam was also mentioned in Rip Off Britain so I don't recommend you to trust home logic.

Taking Advantage Of A Vulnerable Older Man
My Dad has just been sold Foam Insulation that he DOES NOT require and charged £4000+.
They came to his home, did the hard sell, and tried to extort a large deposit which he refused to increase higher than £500.
He was brainwashed with their sales pitch into believing he needed insulation to his roof when he already has his loft floor insulated.
He told me about this, I've researched them and enquired with my building physics colleagues and they confirmed it is totally unnecessary in his already adequately insulated.

Do Yourself A Huge Favor And Avoid!!
Literally I urge anybody thinking of using them to avoid! They hadn't followed the proper installation guidelines when installing my foam loft insulation and now the house is full of damp and mould, to which they won't do anything about. Don't do it! Now I can't get a re-mortage on my home because the documentation they sent for the mortgage provider was bogus and dated AFTER the installation for some apparent pre-istallation reports, and I'm left facing thousands to remove it to have a home that's safe for my newborn daughter and 2 year old and so I can remortgage or sell in the future. AVOID!!! This was February 2022 and have been having ongoing communication up until now to no avail.

Broken Promises
Be very careful and don't trust anything you are told I Wasted 4+ months trusting assurances from sales manager on proposed solar panels solutions. They promise fantastic guarantees but have rediculous get out clause that make guarantee worthless, eg. weathering is not covered, in the contract they try to rush you to sign.
I raised these issues within a couple of days of ordering, I was repeated told this was a standard all product contract and not appropriate for solar and would not apply. However after 4 months of this while we waited for the batteries to arrive, not that they warned me before ordering, and my repeated request for formal clarification the sales manager sent me an email stating formally those clauses did not apply, only for a senior manager to then say their contract would not change and all clauses were valid and would apply. So wasted 4+ months and now back to square one.
