The two guys I dealt with were quick and professional when assembling my furniture. They were also courteous in that were happy to oblige when I asked them to call me half an hour before arriving so I could minimise the disruption to my working day. They were also helpful in explaining the aftercare kit.

I love Indigo furniture. I have now brought five items and each time the service has been outstanding. I cannot fault them in any way at all. Everytime I have been in store or on the phone the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Each delivery, the staff have also been very friendly.

Not often I would do this but on this occasion I felt the need to provide feedback on the exceptional delivery service we received from the guys we dealt with on Friday 6th July

Despite the baking temperatures nothing was too much trouble even the three flights of stairs!! Thank you guys and thank you Indigo first class furniture to match your first class service.

In awe of Indigo Furniture's deliverymen for the care they took over delivering our table and chairs this morning. I hadn't realised what a tight squeeze it would be to get the furniture into our cottage, but they did such a careful and considerate job. And they even stroked the dog, who gets upset when anyone starts moving furniture around. The table and chairs are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with it all. Thanks for a very positive experience all round.

Our experience with Indigo has yet again been fantastic. From visiting the store in Tonbridge Wells to the great delivery team who were friendly and courteous and insisted on taking their shoes off straight away. They explained about the care kit for our bedroom furniture which was very welcomed indeed.

Just a quick note to thank you for the sofa. We are really impressed with it - the leather, the colour and the workmanship is excellent. It goes perfectly with our snug area. Can I also thank the two people I dealt with for their help - excellent customer service from start to finish and also a big thanks to the two guys from the delivery team. They were bang on time (to the second!) were really kind and assembled everything together for me. I'm one happy customer and will be in touch soon with more orders!!

Firstly, I don't make a habit of giving feedback, so it is a pleasure to find a company that I feel strongly enough about to be compelled into the task. Secondly, I have found Indigo a pleasure to do business with and worthy of a shout out. The staff in Harrogate were helpful without being pushy, the team who arrange the deliveries were exceedingly helpful & even flexible when I had to re-arrange due to a family bereavement and, finally the team who delivered the furniture were polite and removed all the packaging too. I don't suppose we buy based solely on the people we come into contact with and who represent the company, so what about the furniture I bought? Well, it's too early to say anything about longevity, but the box of care products is a super nice touch. To have a little swatch of leather which can be used post sale for matching is also really helpful. The product appears to be a good choice; the chairs are certainly comfortable and look smart, the style and leather seem to be 'quality' and, overall, I am genuinely a happy customer and recommend Indigo to those that are looking to buy from the company.

We ordered our first item from Indigo Furniture, a kitchen table, a few years ago. A great product that still looks as good today as when we got it. We recently ordered our second item from the company, a couch, which is fantastic - very comfortable and just what we wanted! The two guys I dealt with who delivered the couch arrived on time, were very professional and assembled the item quickly and easily. A very happy customer!

I absolutely love my map table. Quality not often found these days. Already thinking about ordering again from Indigo. Customer service was first class. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were knowledgeable and helpful.

Colour of wood ‘aged oak’ is perfect, and im sure Ill have this piece of furniture for a long while.

Only slight negative, is that I have had to query the price on a second piece as it does seem excessive for what it is, compared to other items.
