Bought the FS range of mattress 8mths ago. Very expensive item. As it is pillow top and found that when I recieved it you couldn't turn it over only around. In 8 mth we have a clear indent in the mattress where we lay and you have to roll up hill to get to the middle. You actually have to pick yourself up to move to the middle. I weigh 60kg so I'm not exactly huge. Fira technicians say its within the guide lines as my mattress has gone down 30mm and their guide is 32 mm its within the expected amount. It is clear when you lay on it how poor it is. A total waste of money. NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM M & S AGAIN! Thought this company sold quality items. This is no longer the case.

Bought from M&S in August 2008. Within a short time, cushions look like an old sack bag, sloppy with very poor piping alignment. Discussed with M&S and they supplied replacement cushions. Again within a short period, they look very poor. Going to relegate this suite to a lesser used day room. Another retailer with the initials JL stated that cheaper suite's have Foam cushions which do not hold their shape well. Took a visit back to M&S and yes all the ones on show are Foam type, just like ours at home. Went to the 'High Street' thinking I was buying better quality! We are a couple in our mid fifties, no children at home, no pets. Suite gets easy useage.
