Avoid them ! ! ....I only had my new table for 15 days and there is a huge open crack on the coffee table. It is so wide that I can see through it. Went to their shop in Livingston,Scotland. The Manager was very patronising and smirked as he slouched over his desk saying " so what do you want me to do about it". He could not be bothered. Didnt even ask what the specific complaint was. Didnt even ask to see the photos that I took to show him. Didnt treat me as a "valued "customer. Told me I was "silly" when I said I would contact Trading Standards, then went on to say how big the Company was ( I took it as a direct arguement to Trading Standards, as if to say they were too big to worry about Trading Standards). I would definately never, ever buy from them again. There are plenty competitors out there so please go to them instead. as the heading says - plywood would last longer than their alleged `quality` products.

Ordered three items of Tokyo bedroom furniture, we asked them to hold the delivery because we were late getting our bedroom finished and they obliged.

When they were delivered by two, friendly guys who put them where we asked we unpacked them and were delighted with them, we checked them all over and couldn't, honestly find fault at all.

O.K, they are not Ercol, but well made, solid oak, stylish furniture for the price of flat pack!, whats not to like?

We look forward waking every morning with our Tokyo furniture and would have no hesitation in buying from Oak Furnitureland again.

And they gave us a free mirror!....Fabulous!

My wardrobe arrived crushed. The deliveryman would not take it back, said I had to call the company and arrange for a pickup. The company tried to talk me into having it repaired. I refused, as damage was extensive. The piece sat in my home for about 6 weeks before it was picked up. As for the other pieces, they were undamaged, but the colours did not match even though it was all part of the same line.

Dreadful company with second rate products and staff that will lie and deny saying things as routine. Ordered £350 table that was damaged. offered a small discount which we didn't accept and then left the table with us for a month before collecting. The refund was not as agreed with their management

but of course they lied about what was agreed as they do with everything.

Avoid like the plague. It is not quality furniture.

My experience of purchasing a Dining Room suite from Oakfurnitureland.co.uk has been excellent from start to finish. The staff are very helpful when you speak to them and are very knowledgeable of the products they sell

Also the high quality of the goods I ordered exceeded my expectations.

The delivery was on time and the goods arrived in excellent condition.

Some more holes at the back would be useful for cable routing and ventilation.

I cant fault this company at all. Ordering is easy, quality is great and even the delivery system and drivers are brilliant. Its difficult to find companies that just do what you ask and deal with everything including returns so easily. I am impressed.

My wife and I decided to replace our tired tv cabinet. We looked around and decided to buy from a company called oakfurnitureland. We decided to buy over the phone. We bought a tokyo tv cabinet which is made in oak. We are soooo happy with it. It was delivered last night and we so pleased with how it now looks in our lounge.

I have to say that this was easily the best web purchase that we have made to date. We'll be definately buying from these guys again. Any regrets? The only thing that I wish I had done is buy the lamp table that they offered me. I decided not to just in case I didn't like it or something went wrong. I have to say that in this day and age it is hard to get great value for money. We feel like we've got a bargain. Well done and thanks once again oakfurnitureland.
