the management staff are too soft and the assembly staff are malicious and cowardly.

the work will be very slow for long periods and then you will be expected to do lots of overtime to catch up. nothing unusual there but bad organisation and employees higher up are preventing progress during the interim.

no accountability for poor behaviour throughout the company which makes for a bad atmosphere.
