I have just replaced our office lighting with LED panels, replacing suspended ceiling lights (fluorescent tubes) and got a great deal after calling the company to see if they offered discounts on bulk purchases. They did give me a fantastic deal, miles better than any other company. The delivery came next day but the were a few missing converters but i called to say that they were missing and they replaced them next day, no trouble. The lights went in over the weekend and they look and work great! So yes I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Purchased Halogen Bulbs one found faulty on delivery contacted Customer Service and replacement sent immediately.

As a Professional Electrical Engineer cannot fault this company for quality of product,cost and service.

I ordered a mere 2 light bulbs, one of which arrived in smithereens. I reported the breakage and, with no hassle whatsoever, was told another would be sent at no charge immediately, which it clearly was, having arrived within a day or so. I was impressed with the service provided: courtesy, understanding, trust, speed - all present in spades.

After initial problems with Royal mail, I contacted EnergyLightBulbs and they resolved the issue very quickly. I am pleased to see fantastic customer service.

Previous G9 halogen bulbs which I have bought elsewhere failed after a short period of time, but the quality of bulbs from EnergyLightBulbs are excellent.

Bought six of these bulbs about a year ago - three failed well within the rated 1500 hours, but an email to the company was quickly followed by three replacements and an apology. Good service, no quibble and will certainly use this company again.

I needed to replace some GU10 Compact fluorescent bulbs. These are often of variable quality and never seem to me to give enough light output. I ordered 2 11w GU10's from energy lightbulbs to assess them. Delivery was good (2 days from order)and the bulbs are excellent, much brighter than the 11w bulbs I already have (Array of six in a kitchen). I will definitely be ordering more to replace the existing as they fail. Prices were good at £5.19 each (less if you order more). Many outlets want £7 or £8 and in some cases considerably more. This was my first dealing with this company and I would recommend them.

I have ordered energy saving light bulbs on more than one occasion. The first time I needed some advice which I obtained quickly and efficiently when I rang the company.

On each occasion the bulbs have arrived quickly once ordered. Yesterday I place an order after midday and the product arrived this morning.

It is rare these days to experience such efficient service but Energy Light Bulbs seem to have the right formula as well as giving value for money. Free packing and postage always gets my vote when ordering online as well.

When I inquired about some desk lamps this week I spoke with an advisor. He asked me how much I wanted to spend. When I told him that I needed best value for money because I needed 10 lamps for my charity in Ethiopia, he immediately said that he would gift them to us...and I had not even thought about getting them for free. One day later we received 12 wonderful desk lamps free of charge and they even covered the delivery charge. Exceptionally kind and completely unexpected. Highly recommended and not just because of the freebie - just good guys ... and there are not nearly enough of them out there. Thanks!

The light bulbs were delivered 2 days after ordering, securely packaged and as shown on the website. They are very good value, considerably cheaper than elsewhere. It is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company with no problems at all.
