Not Realistic

I bought the trio of orange candles with timer. The timer is good but the candles are a disappointment; they are not realistic in any way. They look and feel plasticky and the "wick" is unconvincing. They look OK at night - just. I really wanted to like these but I would not recommend.

Still Waiting For My Christmas Light After Ten Days

Absolutely appalling service by Lights4fun. I ordered a Christmas Star light ten days ago and still have not received it. Telephones have been switched off by Lights4fun, I am guessing because of all the complaints. So you have to contact them by email and each time you do it takes them 3 days to respond and when they do respond you reply to the email and you guessed it you have to wait another 3 days for a reply. I have left a review on Trust pilot to which Lights4fun have said they will contact me directly and you guessed it they haven't. So I am busy now writing the same bad reviews on every website I can. I advise anyone not to use this company.

Faulty Goods, Declined Topcashback - Then Won't Discuss!

Shipped me faulty goods at the start. They replaced them but didn't take back the faulty ones and left me to deal with the safe disposal (meaning a journey to the local refuse tip). They then declined my TopCashback payment with no contact and are refusing to discuss it.

What seemed like a great company at the start turns out to have truly terrible customer service.

Go and spend you money with a company who care about their customers! I wish I had never spent a single penny with them as they don't deserve it.

Thank you for your review and your time on the phone this morning. We are so sorry that one of the globes on your Festoon Lights, ordered in September, was not illuminating when you went to display them. You emailed us a couple of days after receiving the Festoon Lights and we are pleased we were able to resolve this for you and send you a brand new set which arrived within the following couple of days.

We asked you to recycle or dispose of the faulty set at your leisure to avoid any inconvenience for you having to package them up and send them back to us, but this unfortunately did turn out to be an inconvenience for you. We would have been delighted to take care of this for you there and then. Further to our phone and email conversation, in the future we would be very happy to arrange collection for you upon request to save you having to visit your local electrical waste point.

Unfortunately our records show that we have not received any further messages from yourself, since the original email contact in September, which you said you sent us in November regarding the Top Cashback discount. We most certainly were not refusing to discuss anything, we love talking to our customers, it was simply that we had not received any correspondence from you that we could reply to, or had any phone calls from yourself to follow up this email which you have said you sent us. The first contact we have had from yourself since September is via this Review. I am so sorry for any mix up.

Upon investigation as to why you hadn’t received your £7.00 cash back through Top Cashback, this was due to the fact you had already redeemed a £10.00 off discount voucher code on your order. As per the T&C’s regarding voucher codes, the code cannot be used in conjunction with any form of cash back. We are really sorry if you missed this, or this wasn’t clear. However, we have happily refunded you this £7.00 as a gesture of goodwill.

We are really sorry once again for any frustrations that may have been caused disposing of the faulty lights yourself and for not receiving the £7.00 refund via Top Cashback. I am so pleased we were able to speak about this earlier today and we look forward to welcoming you back to Lights4fun in the future!

Excellent Customer Services

quite surprised that this company has less than 5 star rating. I bought some remote control candles for xmas which were half the price than anywhere else. one of the three candles turned out to be faulty. they couldn't of been any more quicker at responding to my issue. they issued me an immediate refund! im very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future. no matter where you shop, faulty things always get thru the nets. so I wouldn't blame the company, they offered me a resolution that I was more than happy with. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Im very pleased with my purchase of: 100 LED True Warm White Icicle and Outdoor Net Light White Cable & Connectable 2m x 1m. Warm wonderful light, two things I would wish for that both come in black cable color and that the leade wire was a bit longer.

Be Prepared To Replace After A Couple Of Years

bought my 1st set of connectable 2 years ago and then extended them last year. The lights are now behaving erratically and going off for longer and longer periods of time, we would have thought they would have lasted a bit longer for the price paid

Fantastic Products, Excellent Customer Service!

Over the past 18 months or so, I have purchased around 10 different sets of lights from Lights4Fun, for myself and as gifts. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the products, the speed of delivery and the customer service I have received.

I have only ever had one issue with one set of outdoor solar lights (not Lights4Fun branded) and after contacting Lights4Fun, they replaced the faulty lights immediately (I chose Lights4Fun branded ones this time!).

I am considering adding more lights to the string of outdoor lights that I have purchased and will have no hesitation about buying from Lights4Fun again.

To be honest, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for decorative lights!

Excellent Customer Service

I have made several purchases with Lights4fun for garden lights and indoor battery candles etc. Their products have always been of very good quality; items are dispatched rapidly and delivered on time. However, what really stands out about this company is their excellent customer service. On a recent purchase, I needed to send some lights back purely as I had chosen the wrong colour, entirely my fault. Lights4fun were efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.

No Quidco Cash Back

They offer a 5% cash back via Quidco referrals, so I went ahead and ordered my lights. Lights4fun declined to pay my cash back. It is a shame as the delivery service and quality of the lights are great. No more business from me.

Fantasti Service

This company get full marks for customer services from me. My order went astray and they put extra effort into sorting this out, making several phone calls to get my goods to me as quickly as possible, offering to re-send them if necessary. The order would have arrived within 48 hours as my first order did but I still had my goods in less than a week. They have also shown their appretiation to the lovely lady who had recieved them by accident and contacted them, helping them sort things out. I have placed 2 orders, both have arrived quickly and have been goods of high quality and value for money. The outdoor battery lights with timer are especially good as they save remembering to switch them on and off. Will definately use again.
