I wish I looked on trustpilot before placing an order the reviews are awful I too have experienced how terrible they are not even sure if they are still in business order an item middle of January no email to confirm no update no replies to emails. The 2 reviews in this site must be staff or family members they are simply not true

Bought replacement bulbs for our water purification system , after speaking to a member of staff to check it would be a compatible replacement - they were very helpful. However it wasn’t the bulb that needed replacing but the system itself and we have had to have a new updated one - with a different size bulb!

The Lamp Company were once again extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in using them for future replacements and recommend the company to others.

I bought two fluorescent light bulbs about 9 months ago, which should have lasted 10,000 hours, but both failed recently. I emailed the company about it and had an immediate response and replacements sent out to me that day. I am very pleased to deal with such a responsive company and would recommend without hesitation.
