After hearing mixed reports about the kennels we decided we would like to view the kennels, so I rang up and spoke to a very abrupt lady who arranged for us to come view the kennels, when I asked when she said "whenever you want " very abrupt and not really sounding to bothered so we chose a time best suitable to me and my husband and our 20 month old daughter to come view . When we did arrive we was greeted by a ranting old woman telling us that we need to wait until she's unloaded the shopping out of her car ... That we had chosen an in appropriate time!!! It was her day off!!! The lady was very unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming, we was very shocked by the greeting we got we the continued to wait another 5 minutes listening to her ranting on to herself, when we couldn't take no more we slowly started to drive away as we did a old man ran out of one of the buildings with about 5 different dogs running out all over the place onto the dirt track drive which had totally no control over them but didn't care about the dogs as he was more bothered about telling us how rude we was to just leave swearing at us being very aggressive banging at our car as our daughter who was only 20 mths cried with fright, we continued to drive he the nearly slammed a cattle gate just narrowly missing our car. This couple are clearly unhinged aren't bothered about animals or their business. I wouldn't trust any animal in there care after all animals can't speak but we can I'm very surprised this place hasn't had an inspection recently as the whole set out looks run down Infact the people and place is like something out of a horror film.
