worst experience ever. the owner claimed to providing best service, but her attitude is the worst of all pet sitters i have ever worked with. she obviously own her business and couldn't not even wait for me for ten minutes for the initial visit. and she can't work over time for more than 1 minute literally, i have never heard of such things, all other cat sitters are more flexible in term of hours. and bearing in mind before you book, as they don't return your deposits.

i also tried to resolve the issue with her the day after, as she stated on the website working hour is 9am-6pm, i called her from 9am and only got through till 4pm. that is what she called strictly working winthin the hours.

in such case, she should refund me the deposits, but she didn't. so according to her T&C, she can even shout at me, as long as within 14days prior of the booking, so that she is not obliged to return any deposits.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent price for 2 visits a day. Highly recommended. I will definitely be using them again.

I love Kelly's pet care. They have taken tremendous care of my cat and rehoused an abandoned cat with me. They care about those they look after and i feel totally reassured when my cats stay with them. I have met them and where they stay. They collect and drop off which is great as i don't drive and my cats are indoors not in a cat run,which for me i prefer as my cats are more house cats and especially at xmas time. I am very pleased to have found Kelly's pet care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I can't fault them.

i lived in london for 3 years and the kellys took care of my 2 cats abt. every 2 months during that time. my cats loved them from their first visit on and in all these years i never had to complain or even discuss about anything. they did a fantastic job every time they took care of my fluffies! i always had the feeling that my cats wellbeing is their nr one priority, and not the money as it is usually everywhere in london. we moved on to china now and their service is desperately missed here. wish they would have a branch here :) would definitely recommend their service a million times!!!!! and wish them all the best for their future!
