lord simba is ten and never been in a cattery hes nicknamed lord because hes a fussy cat but jane assured me he would be treted like family bless her he was left for twenty seven nights and when i picked him up i could tell imiediatly he had been the lord off the maner look no further a better cattery you wont find simba as found a second home thanks thanks n thanks for looking after my priecous boy he looks forward to hes next holiday anne n jim brimingham

I was really worried about taking miller to a kennels and leaving him with someone else but I was put at ease when I went to visit primrose kennels the staff are lovely and the kennels are spaceous and theres lots of grass for the dogs to go on walks and play.we dropped miller of and he went straight in and felt right at home and so did we I felt so at ease to know he was happy.we rang the kennels to see how he was while we were away and they gave us a full report on how he was. When we collected miller he was soooo happy tail wagging and all :) I would def recommended primrose kennels 100% miller is going back there for another holiday in July

Our dog's a sensitive soul and this is the first time we've been able to leave him with confidence. He and our cat always come back healthy and happy. I've also found Primrose brilliant and convenient for dog clipping and grooming!

Primrose Kennels and Cattery is a wonderful kennels. It is extremely well run and organised. My dog Jasper has stayed here on many occasions and is always really happy to see Jane and Natasha when we drop him off and we always feel very happy and confident leaving him in their care. He is always greeted on arrival by Jane who runs through his individual plan and requirements. You can tell they both really love dogs and Jasper always comes home really happy. Natasha usually washes and grooms him before I pick him up so he always comes home looking terrific. I am often stopped on walks by people keen to know where I have him groomed! I recommend this kennels wholeheartedly. It really is fantastic

Jane and Tash have been looking after our dog Eddie since we have had him, and he always greets them like old friends. They have had him at all times of year in all weathers and he is always well looked after, treated like a valued guest. Feeding instructions are followed in detail and checked with every visit, and plenty of exercise is given. He's just lying on the settee now after a visit, and he is shattered but happy from his short holiday.

I would urge any West Midlands or Worcestershire based pet owner to use Jane and Tash for their kennelling/cattery needs.

Our two cats, Anders & Napoleon have been using Primrose Cottage cattery since they were kittens, and our previous cat Sancho boarded right up until he was 17 years old, going back to when Primrose Cottage first opened. We have used a few different catteries over the years, and can honestly say that Primrose Cottage is the best by a mile. Absolutely everything from the cost, the quality of the pens, and the wonderful service is absolute perfection. We would never trust any other cattery to look after our two, they always return happy and have clearly been loved and fussed during their stay. Instructions for our two fussy eaters are followed to the letter, and we are always made to feel like a long standing customer. We cannot recommend Primrose Cottage highly enough. Anders & Napoleon are already looking forward to their next holiday at Whitsun.

Our dog Rosie has been staying with Jane and Tash for years now, they are absolutely fantastic, the kennels are superb, the care is brilliant. Our Rosie is always very well looked after and always happy to go to Jane & Tash's. I would certainly recommend them. They also do day boarding if you are at work all day, this has helped us out many times. Top kennell.

we have been clients with the Primrose kennels for a number of years now. We use both the excellent kennel service for both our dogs and also have them groomed there as well. The staff are always welcoming and fantastic with the dogs, we wouldn't feel at all comfatable leaving our dogs anywhere else and would highly recommend the Primrose kennels to anyone who is looking for somewhere to board their dogs with peace of mind.

My 13 year old westie Tom has stayed with Jane and Tash on several occasions. He can't wait to get into the kennels and the staged arrivals always ensures that we receive one to one attention. Whilst on his 'holiday' Tash gives him a trim and he returns looking immaculate! There are other kennels nearer home -no doublt very good- but I would not consider sending him anywhere else other than Primrose.

Jane and Tash are not just very professional in the way they run their operation --- they really care about the animals. The place is very clean and they are always ready to both receive and hand back the animals on time. Moreover the animals always look clean ,healthy and cared for. Our dog ( a retreiver ) is devoted to us but is not unhappy to visit these kennels.
