Horrible Do Not Order From Them

Horrendous company. Avoid Discount Equestrian. I ordered £165 worth of products on 5 July 2022. It should have been delivered by 7 July. I received no communication from them whatsoever. On the 13th of July I wrote them an email to ask where my order was. They responded to say they would ship it that day using 24 hour delivery, and that I would have it on the 14th of July. On the 14th, 15th, 16th July, nothing was received from them. On 16 July, I checked the Royal Mail tracking Number that they provided on the 13th of July, only to find out that they never even sent the parcel to Royal Mail. Royal Mail Website says “ waiting for the seller to dispatch the item to Royal mail“.  I have now commenced with a PayPal dispute against them to get my money back. What a disgusting company. Not only do they take your money and not send the items, they also fib about shipment. Zero communication apart from Customer Service sending lies. I will never order from this company again and will be warning others.

Awful Experience

Awful experience.

I placed my order on 6th November 2021. I still have not received it. It seems the shipping label was wrong and the order was returned to them. I sent several emails. No replies whatsoever to absolutely any of the emails I have sent, and when I called they said they would look into it... just that. I am still waiting for a reply. Customer service is awful.

After 40 days waiting, I have asked for a refund which of course has not come.

If you are lucky, I guess you will receive your order. Bu DO NOT expect this company to solve any problems that may arise, you will be left without your order, without your money, without information.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Great Experience Ordering Internationally!

I purchased 3 turnout sheets and a cooler from Discount Equestrian and had them shipped to me in the United States. I contacted Discount Equestrian beforehand and they were happy to give me an estimate on the shipping cost which was extremely helpful. Ordering online was easy and I received the items in a fairly timely fashion considering the international factor. The sheets and cooler were exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Do Not Order From Them

I recently ordered a pair of boots and was told to expect delivery within 1 to 5 working days. After 5 working days i had receive nothing.. I tried to contact them and were told they would be here on Tuesday (the next day) and that they had left with Mail. At the end of the Wednesday i had received nothing so i sent i tried to contact them again and they said that Mail had some delays. On Thursday my boots were still not there so i phoned Mail directly and they told me that the store had been giving me wrong informations, they had never received my boots. I tried contacting the store again and they gave me the same excuses they had been giving me for day, "Mail has some delays and it will be delivered tomorrow". I did not fall for that excuse again so i phoned them multiples times and spent hours on the phone. I told them i would demand a full refund if my boots were not there on Friday. Strange things is that Mail did received my parcel on Friday..

If i hadn't spend hours on the phone they would have probably never sent my boots... and they had been lying this whole time when they were saying that my boots had been shipped!

This store might have lower prices but it's certainly not a good deal...

If you go online and look for opinion on this store you will see that i'm not the only one who had problem with this store.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Even one star is too much for them..

No Gods, No Response To Email/messages - Avoid At All Cost!

I should have done my research before ordering but having had no issues with online ordering elsewhere I was a bit naive.

The order has not been delivered, no explanation received and the company doesn't respond to my emails/messages left.

An internet search reveals I am not alone.

There are so many good internet so AVOID this one at all cost!

Still Waiting - 2 1/2 Months Later...

I purchased a custom AYR8 Charles Owen Helmet on July 16th. Received conformation and that my order would ship in 4 weeks. I was more than happy and ready to wait the 4 weeks as this was a custom order. I added another 2 weeks on for shipping as I am in Canada and it would be shipping from the UK.

Contacted them end of August for a follow up, with a response that my order would ship September 10th. I was discouraged as this was a birthday present, and with proper timing would've been received just in time for the end of August. No tracking number had yet been sent to me on September 10th so I emailed them yet again. Their response was that my order would now be shipping September 14th. Here we are today, on September 14th and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my helmet. Their business is now closed due to the time difference between Canada and the UK. It's been extremely discouraging dealing with this company and I do not recommend it.

I understand that factories have problems and things change. How hard is it to just be honest? I am a customer, I am providing you service and I have just spent $500ca on your business. All I want is honesty, stop giving me fake facts that can't be relied on. So here I am again, about to send them yet ANOTHER e-mail asking where the heck my helmet is!! So upset, this thing better look amazing on my head.

I ordered a John Withaker helmet for over six weeks ago! and still nothing has arrived to my mail boks!

I absolutley wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone ever!

I ethier want my money back or my helmet!

-Im so mad!

I just wrote to them about it, because I wouldn't believe that they tricked me, but im afraid that they did :(

I'll give you an update if I get my package.

Where Is My Order?

Ordered 2 rugs 2 weeks ago, I emailed them after the first week and 2 days later got a reply to say that there had been a delay but due in that day and would be dispatched, another week has gone by and still no delivery so telephoned them, seemingly the order has gone to wrong store but again they are expecting them today and will dispatch tomorrow!!!!! We will see. The company should not take orders and money if goods not in stock and at almost a fiver for delivery this is not acceptable. The company has my email address and telephone number but not once have contacted me to let me know about(booth) delays. Won't be ordering again and will be demanding my money back if order not here in a couple of days. Stay clear!

Looks Very Dodgy- Equestrian Goods

PLaced an order on April 2nd, received confirmation, then nothing until April 10th advsing confirmation of order but nothing about dispatched. At the bottom of the email they detail Ukmail.co.uk and a consignment number. Upon clicking on the ukmail link i was sent to a site selling the domain name??? This did not fill me with confidence. I tried calling the number within their nominated opening hours and obtained a message that said "this mail box is full" More concern....I then searched for reviews and found more worrying posts on horse and hound.

It seems goods do get delivered eventually but no customer services , eventually i decided to contact paypal and put the order in dispute. I also replied to their email to cancel the order. Bizarrely i got an immediate reply saying they will refund in full less the outbound postage, which as far as i know is illegal.

It is a shame they are unable to offer a quick concise and accurate service as the site seems quite good and it is hit or miss if you get your goods on time. Also a shamne they are so shoddy with their communications wrong courier link etc.,

All in all if they simply called me and re assured me they are a bone fide company and my money is safe and my goods will be with me in a specified time i would be happy, but for them it seems a lot to ask?
