GJW Titmuss, St Albans, Herefordshire

So i purchased two equest horse wormer's one pramox £17.99 and the other just equest £12.99 from their online outlet, well they took 11 days to turn up and the equest was out of date 05/2012, so i phone up asking for a replacement or refund.

Anyway at first they were very polite and i sent photo's in of the wormer that was out of date.

But then i had a lady phone that told me i had purchased that wormer back in 2010 in store, apparently she is control of stock, now i have a receipt for both wormer's and the online transaction i was appalled and disgusted that i should be accused of what amounted to fraud, it was so insulting, the person wouldn't give me their name.

I have reported to trading standards.

I wont ever be buying again from their company, customer service at it's worst.

Was looking for James Wellbeloved on line and came across G J W Titmuss. A couple reviews for the company mentioned customer service as a problem but after doing a bit more research and the competitive price of the dog food along with the free delivery decided to give them a go anyway.

The ordering was quick and easy and products delivered within 48 hours - you can't fault them.

Would recommend to all.

Brilliant!!! Saved £30 compared to Pets at home and free delivery which meant no fuel costs/humping and dumping, also I ordered Monday evening and it was here first thing Wednesday. Will be using this company again.

Ordered my dog's Eukanuba food from here once again. Excellent service and pricing. Ordered the food at 6 p.m. Tuesday received an e-mail by return confirming the order, had another e-mail on Wednesday 9.41am to say my order had been despatched and Thursday 9am it was delivered to my door! How good is that!

Ordered and delivered within 48hrs, free p&p is a great offer. Impressed with delivery times and dog food cost, cheaper than pets at home. Will definitely use again!

I ordered 12kg bag of Hills Mature Lite, which I can't get a local Pets at Home and even if I could GJW Titmus was far better value for money (based on standard adult lite) with free delivery. Have been searching for the best deal for some 15KG Beta Puppy food for our new family member, and came across GJW Titmuss, who I had never heard of. By far the cheapest company out there on the compared to Pets @ Home and many other companies. Delivery was super fast via City Link, and the packaging was excellent. Very clever idea to put the food bags in plastic sacks. Will certainly use them again.

delivered within 2days very impressed as i have had problems with other online pet store delivary so was wary to order online but took a chance and was pleased for it. not only was my delivary quick GW Titmuss was also the cheapest for my 15Kg dog food. it was delivered in a white strong bag which was handy as i could reuse it to keep food bag covered, i think the bag is much better then having my food delivared in a box like the other companies i tried do.

would defo recommend them and i am in the process of placing my second order with them now.

Very fast FREE delivery, I placed my order for dry dog food on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday. Very well packed with a nice free toy for my doggy. Would definately recommend.
