This is an absolutely terrible company manned by men who hardly speak English and probably have never seen a horse in their life.

No comparison with competitor site.

1. Won't post a video from whats app.

Want you to set up a you tube channel - seriously?

Competitors do immediately and are helpful.

2. Never help. Useless.

3. AUTO RENEWED - YOU HAVE TO UNTICK OTHERWISE THEY TAKE MORE MONEY.

4. Promised a refund. Never appeared.

5. Emails bounce.

6. Had to threaten them with advertising standards and charge backs to get them to do it.

I have reported copious scam adverts for Friesians and Quarter horses that are constantly being put on here. It shows that they do not vet the adverts since the same adverts keep appearing!  I wouldn't buy a horse off there. Something definitely not right with how its being managed.

I have lost count of the amount of times I have reported ads to this company. Top class horses advertised for ridiculously low prices...in particular 'Friesians'!!!! These are hackers posing as advertisers to get your details/phone no/email. BEWARE!!

I’m now on my 4th day since paying for my advert and it still hasn’t appeared onsite. They have ignored my emails & are not answering the phone. I know if you make any slight alterations to your ad it will be offline for hours/days until they get round to approving it again. This is not reflected in how long the advert is up for as they still count the days live from the day you placed your ad. So you are paying but no one can see your ad. There’s a high chance you could miss that perfect buyer. It’s a shame as this used to be a good site but the service is much better from sites like Preloved now (and they are free!).

Every time you edit your advert they spend hours approving it, during which time it is offline and you're paying for this.

After one edit they blocked the account and said it was a scam.

If you are going to advertise on this site you better get your wording right first time.

I placed my horse on horsemart and had numerous calls withing a few hours. Great service, good value and easy to use

A well presented and laid-out online horse ad site with a good range of very reasonably priced advertising add-ons, such as a magazine photo ad. The majority of my horses and horse equipment have been sold (quite quickly) through Horsemart, even though I've also been advertising on a range of other sites. Definitely recommend this site for anyone wanting to sell anything equestrian, including horse trailers and property.
