Wouldnt Recommend To An Enemy Let Alone A Friend?...
Giff Gaff? Niff Naff more like, if you are a fan of the buffer wheel then Niff Naff Giff Gaff is definitely for you.
Shocking speeds, dropped connections, bad phone calls, despite where I am, I used to really think this network had something about it but it is just taking advantage of those without id, who have bad credit, who cant get contract phones or dont want contract phones, where I live is quite poor and everyone I know is on Niff Naff!
Thats its market, constantly putting up prices, coming out with like "always on" data? yeah always on at the same pace as a fish on a bike!
bearing in mind theres a data cap! no mm messages allowed, then they offer to pay an extra tenner a month to get data thats always on even though they say their data is always on? confused? nah not really they are just conning people.
I have since gone over to 3 sim only contract through my girlfriend
So impressed and able to watch netflix and amazon prime without any rude interuptions, able to update my apps without worrying about running out of data even though the dtaa is supposed to be always on!!

Purchased An Iphone Xsmax "refurbished Like New" F
Purchased an iPhone XSMax "Refurbished Like New" from GiffGaff for £549. From day one the device intermittently displayed a "SIM Card Not Installed" error, so I sent it back for repair under warranty. I received an email today saying the damage was not covered under warranty, and that it would cost me £559 to repair, yes that's right, £10 more than the purchase price. So in summary, GiffGaff sent me a faulty phone and expect me to pay for the repair, all class!
Of course I'm not accepting this, and I've already instructed my solicitor to commence legal proceedings against GiffGaff. See you in court GiffGaff!
Take them to small claims court had a similar problem with a duff phone they sent me and they had the ordacity to try and bill me for repair . Incidentally won my claim plus costs.

What A Bunch Of Left Wing Idiots
Fully agree with the previous review.
I got banned from their forum after answering a question posted by one of their left wing snowflake moderators.
I posted an answer they were begging to hear and then they revealed in being little itty bitty poor little snowflakes
When I didnt give them a little sums answer they wanted to hear.
They must be the " you didnt lose you were a runner up" generation.
Regarding the phone service...dont expect any kind of service when you go abroad in Europe. I was let down big time. Customer service ignored all of my emails

Consider It A "badge Of Honour" If They Ban You
Cant recommend anything good about Giffgaff the 3 months 3 goodybags worth of slow 4g speeds or none existent customer service ,general discussion forum infiltrated by pretentious left wing idiots who don't offer any customer support ,don't like free speech on the "general discussion forum" and quite happy allow the slandering of free speakers or anything else goes that complies to their loony left ideology.

Worst Mobile Phone Network Ever!
I opened an account on January thinking it could be a good way to save money.
If i can give you an advice pick up another economic one like Three Mobile for example, where i am going back to.
I almost never had access to internet with giffgaf. I had to count on my wifi at home and at work otherwise would be completely unreachable. I sent many messages to their agents but am still without service.
Forget about giffgaff, you will pay for a service you dont get.

No Regrets Leaving
Poor service (no call centre just clueless help on the forum , no help should any problems, arise which they do ) , unscrupulous advertising practices (employees pretending to be customers ) throttled 4G piggyback
off 02 slow network .
Poor value compared to Smarty Mobile which is better value cheaper better service on 3 network super fast 4G data unused data you can carry over .

Could Use Some Improvement
I've been a giffgaff customer for almost six years and have had very few problems. No contract which is great, as I've had bad experiences with contracts in the past.
However, I am not happy about the fact they've put the prices up by £5 a month!
Also, they could really do with setting up a helpline, like EE and Vodafone have etc. All the "help" is online and it hasn't really been helpful at all.
Overall a good network, but could do with a few improvements.

Gone Downhill
Came to GiffGaff 6 years ago but decided to leave and return to Asda Mobile 1 year ago. At the time of joining I thought that GiffGaff were great, and had 5 years of good service from them. Certain things bugged me, like the account page of their website (which you use to select your 'Goodybags'/bundles) as it's pretty childish and clearly aimed more towards younger teenagers. The 'Community' section where you could seek help & advice on network issues was also a nuisance as any query you posted tended to get 20-30 responses, mostly users copying suggestions that had already been made in order to gain 'Kudos' - the more 'Kudos' a user got, the more talk/text/data would be added to their account. It meant that the Community was largely pointless as it was full of kids vying to get a few pence extra in phone credit.
Call quality and network (O2) reliability were fine in the first year or two, but as time went on, quality decreased, calls would often drop-out, and there were various unannounced service outages in the town in which I worked. GiffGaff also sells phones which are overpriced compared to what's available elsewhere, and after a particularly poor purchasing experience with their parent company O2, I decided to quit GiffGaff and return to Asda Mobile. Asda's bundles are not quite as good value for me, but their network reliability (EE) and customer service more than make up for it.
EE are terrible. Never get internet signal in shops, supermarkets etc

Very Poor Mobile Network Service Offered By Giffgaff.
By far the worst mobile network I have ever used. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience using Giffgaff's appalling services. This mobile network is very poor to say the least.
I am shocked that they have not been shut down.
As a customer I feel badly treated and deceived. There signal is very poor and there bundles, as mentioned are extremely deceptive.
Having been a customer of the 3 Network previously (A exceptional mobile network) I am deeply disappointed with the terrible mobile network services I have received from Giffgaff.
I am very that a company in this day and age, can operate there business in this way.
I feel that I have been badly treated by Giffgaff. I would strongly advise others to not use Giffgaff as your mobile network provider.
Q&A
Can I use hml cable for streaming movies on £12 goody bag?
No 4G is too slow
If I buy a £10 goody bag and don't use all the data and calls, does it carry over to next month or do I have to purchase a goody bag every month?
No ,you lose what you don't use
If I sign up for a monthly goody-bag and after a month I find it isn't working for me do I have to give notice? I am with Vodafone PAYG and they told me I would have to give one months notice should I want to change from GiffGaff.
No, You Just Buy The GoodBag And When It's Gone, It's Gone. You Are Never TIed In With Giffgaff. Give It A Go!
