Trashed My Wall Socket -no Replacement

The Engineer solved a connection problem by taking out my modern wall socket and replacing it with an old one from the van. Looks rubbish on the wall of my recently redecorated house which I take great pride in.

Told not their job to make things right.

Arrogant, useless service constantly cut off in the middle of conversations.

Avoid like the plague

Irresponsible Power In The Hand Of Communication Giants

I have been with Orange/EE for 18 years, I have always paid my bills but have been frequently been accused of not doing so. I have 3 phones, one for myself, one for my wife and one for my son. I have been frequently been barred despite not being sent a bill.

Recently whilst on a business trip to Scandanavia, I found my phones were barred, it took me over two hours on a landline phone, costing me at least £100 to eventually make contact with someone in Orange, based in India, who was both polite and helpful, he told me the reason for being barred was that I owed Orange £10, of course I had not received a bill for any sum.

I am very concerned that a major corporation which now comprises British Telecom and EE/Orange are so out of touch with their customers and not accountable to anyone; that it must end in abject misery for thousands of their victims.

Common Sense Approach To Customer Service

Spoke to an excellent team leader today regarding my fathers account, my dad has minimal language following a stroke and finds communicating extremely difficult and frustrating but you staffs common sense and patience got us there, greatly appreciated. Would be happy to have staff like him on my customer service team. Well done Orange!

Rubbish

fobbed off and lied to. Put on hold for over an hour. Several calls made but still not had the refund due. Disgusting. Call handlers play games, put your call on hold then just cut you off

Mislead And Fobbed Off

Due to new mobile phone I needed to get smaller sim card, and had to change over from Orange to EE and EE assured me before I did it that my £260.00 of credit PAYG, (MY OWN MONEY )would be transfered. Now after numerous phone calls & being told to wait 24 hrs. ..I have been told that I should have been told to run down credit before swapping sim and I will only get £100 credit tranfered of the £260.00.  I have been fobbed off for over 100 hours to be told this.I have decided to take legal Advice as this is so out of order. BE AWARE. As at no point before or after was I told this,it has taken a lot of calls to Orange.

Good Service

I've been with vodafone and o2 and orange is the best for signal out of all of them. I've been with them for 5 years now and never had any problems so that has to be a good thing. Prices are good as well.

Terrible Service

My signal went off and I could not make/receive calls or texts. I phoned the customer service and was put through to three people one after the other. The last person, told me that they could/would do nothing until 24 hours had passed. I explained that I needed my phone for work purposes and he responded that they would do nothing for the next 24 hours. Worst service I have received!!

Q&A

What issues are Orange having? I tried to top up my mobile phone over a week ago, I even phoned them and the person at the other end tried unsuccessfully. As I was going on holiday and needed a phone I had to buy a new one from Tesco mobile. I'm back home now and it's still the same. What is the problem?

Orange are no longer a independent company they closed it a year ago but orange still do function as a company but it's now under the umbrella of EE. So personally I would telephone EE to see if they can assist you.

How can I speak to someone at Orange?

hollyfields1

Dial 150 but expect to kept waiting and to passed from pillar to post. Usually takes several attempts to get anything done and very time consuming.

I have been away in America and to my absolute horror Orange have sent me a roaming internet and data bill for £7874.004. I did text for roaming package but this was kicked back at me and they seem virtually impossible to contact directly when abroad. Is there anything I can do?
