Internet express misplaced vital documents sent through them within a country. The services received to follow up the documents were appalling.

Much slower than competitors. They do not update their tracking details regularly. A parcel that is promised to be delivered todat is now in transit for 4 days and is not marked as even arrived at the distribution hub.

Such great customer service from Unite. I called to check if the driver could deliver before 2pm because of load shedding and Unite quickly contacted the driver who assured me my parcel would be next on his list.

I got a message at 10:11 saying your parcel will be delivered today by mthembu at 17:00 when I phoned 1st dhaya he not at work then Mervyn say Monday message is a problem.. so that made me sit at home all day for nothing

pathetic service coz I worked at a freight company & we always put customers 1st not send false messages

I am very impressed. Ordered on a Wednesday from KZN and by Friday received the order in JHB.
