I sent my money through a Western Union money transfer. they took my money and never delivered my package. I've been trying to contact customer service and no one has responded for a week. Now I lost my money and I don't have my package and no answers from anyone.

I sent a 20kl parcel to my grandson in Perth Australia that needed to be there before a certain date due to school holidays ending. It sat at my local drop off point for 5 days before being collected this WAS NOT PARCELFLIGHT's FAULT . I got in touch with parcelflight office at Manchester and Barry was extreemely helpful . So much so that 3 days later it has arrived in Australia at my grandsons house , Absolutely brilliant service. I will recommend this service to anyone.

Next time I would have it collected from my house to make sure it was on its way.

By way of comparison I posted a football shirt to the same house on 7th January in a padded envelope via Royal Mail and it didn't arrive until 21st January. That's 3 weeks via Royal Mail.

So its Parcelflight for me every time in future. Thankyou so much for a fantastic service.

Excellent delivery service, collected Thursday lunchtime uk delivered Monday lunchtime Perth Australia. Only hiccup late e emailing of delivery barcodes, due to busy Christmas period.Will use again Many thanks.

In May 2014 I sent a musical instrument to Russia by Parcelflight which did not arrive. Tracking stated it was being returned to sender but never appeared. I claimed under the insurance but the owner of Parcelflight did not return the insurance monies to me even though it had been paid to him in June.

After many phone calls to Parcelflight they have still not re-funded my insurance money. I have now taken out a claim against Parcelflight through the small claims online court.

BOOKED A COURIER TO COLLECT JUST TO JERSEY....WAITING OVER 30 HOURS, YES, 30 HOURS FOR A PRINTABLE LABEL TO BE SENT TO ME. PHONED AND WAS TOLD THAT I CHOSE A DROP OFF??? NOWHERE DID IT SAY DROP OFF POINT OR I WOULDNT HAVE BOOKED IT!

KEPT BEING TOLD THAT THEY WERE BUSY AND THE LABEL WOULD BE SENT WITHIN 20 MINS , 5 MINS , 10 MINS.

HONESTLY , I WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE AND NOW I WOULD HAVE A BATTLE TO GET MY REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL.

having used other parcel delivery companies and always being disappointed by the service received, I am pleased to have finally found a cmpany I can trust. My parcel from UK was sent on a Monday and delivered to my home in Menorca on the Friday ! amazing service.

rang at 9.00 today 23.12.13 to send parcel to Australia. Parcel collected at 11.30am. Can't ask for better than that.

My parcel was picked up at the door by a very helpful courier. The parcel was delivered to my daughters house in Perth Australia within a week at the busy Christmas season. I would highly recommend this low cost service to anyone unreservedly.
