I Would Give Zero Stars If It Were Possible, For C
I would give zero stars if it were possible, for customer service! Parcel lost. No compensation. Parcel was not reported as unreceived within the 14 day window (in the Terms & Conditions) - so all the agents with whom I 'chatted' fall back to that get-out. They are clearly in breach of contract, despite the above term from the Ts & Cs which would be construed as an 'unfair contract term' in any UK court.

Worst company I have ever delt with in my life, let down twice on collection with no reason to way and basically told tough. and to either rebook or get a refund I'm now having to refund my own customer and I'm down £400 stay well clear of this company l, you also can't get someone on the phone it has to be done via message absolutely shocking company

My parcel never arrived in South Africa from Scotland! I supplied all the necessary info and the case was closed and there's nothing i can do about it!
This is the worst courier company to date!! never ever have i been shut off like this! Will never use again and will tell everyone about my terrible experience.

I Wouldn’t Trust Parcel 2 Go With Anyone’s Parcels
I wouldn’t trust Parcel 2 go with anyone’s parcels nor trust what their customers service representatives say or if you want to raise a complaint what is that?! It doesn’t exist! They don’t have one. They give you a email address to make a complaint but they then don’t ever reply back. I have 3 issues outstanding with Yodels terrible delivery service, one smashed still awaiting a return, rejected claim by Parcel 2 go because I have received my parcel but they haven’t sent it back and are keeping it, they delivered a customers parcel to an address 5 times to the wrong address, I arranged a collection for my customer as Yodel kept delivering to the wrong address and they said yes it’s all done 3 times to be told we’ve attempted delivery again and webchat us! To then be told we can’t do collection so I’ve had to refund my customer and they have that parcel and the third parcel they went to a Argos store in Chershire claimed it was shut, I phone the store and they told me it was open from 8am until 9pm and wasn’t shut and won’t redeliver for another 48 hours so simply lied to not deliver my parcel!!!
GUYS AND LADIES SAVE YOUR STRESS AND TIME! AVOID PARCEL TO GO AND YODEL AND WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AND LIE ALL THE WAY AND WONT GET BACK TO YOU!

Greedy & Not Supportive In Need. Lost My Parcel !
I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did.

I Returned A Shower Rail Worth £272 To Plumbing St
I returned a shower rail worth £272 to plumbing store. So obviously went with the Parcel protection, total cost of returning the item £49.18. Upon receiving the item the company informed me the packaging and item were damaged so could not issue a refund. I send the photos they sent me to Parcel2Go and the company said they would hold onto the item should the courier wish to exam it. All details sent to Parcel2Go, however after several weeks, their response was, we have investigated this and on this occasion cannot approve your claim. Companies so quick to take your money, you pay for the insurance and then they decide not to pay. Now causing me stress in the fact I have to contact the ombudsman to try and get this matter sorted, as now out of pocket £321. No responsibility or customer service, never use them is my suggestion.
Absolutely Appalling Service
Absolutely appalling service. I run a small business making dresses and sending to the US on a regular basis. Recently parcels have not been delivered. When I report them to Parcel2go they have sent me a quick email back to say that your parcel has been found and it is on it's way to the customer and close the case so that you cannot put a claim in. Weeks later my customers are still waiting for the parcels to arrive. They won't re open the case/s or answer any emails. I have customers who want refunds for items which haven't been received and I don't have a hope in hell of getting any compensation. I have decided to no longer use them and go back the using Royal mail.

Appalling, 0 stars if I could.
I used Parcel 2 go and booked an Inpost service to deliver a Playstation to have an HDMI cable port replaced. Inpost said the parcel was delivered, I checked with the company and guess what, they were closed. He then checked his video door bell and no one had been to the property at that time???
I had insured the parcel, this is where Pacrel2Go have their moment to shine.... I sent all the required paperwork proving the playstation and how much it cost me and that the receiver did not receive it. All sent off. Not good enough, needed another copy of invoice.... not good enough.... now want a copy of my bank statement or credit card I paid with... provided... now they want details proving how much the receiver paid.... they didn't pay it was sent for a repair.....
So take my playstation then make it almost impossible to claim for insurance

Awful Customer Service, They Try To Under Refund
If you pay for an insured shipping and their courier service loses it it's a nightmare. First very slowly, they ask evidence of stuff that was not clearly listed in the contract. Then, again slowly, they may offer you something below what you actually insured for.
Finally they don't provide you clear contacts of their legal entity in UK.
Avoid at all costs.

1) The customer catch Don't know what they are doing. Repeat the question again and again.
2)If you are very lucky your parcel will arrive in time cheaper price.
3) After 12 days They collected the parcel because of the way Parcel2 go works.
