I was looking for a new tarriff for business electricity and stumbled on this site. I filled in the first screen with my company name and address. When the next screen asked me for my phone number (i placed a duff phone number) but they still managed to contact me. My immediate reaction was to ask where he had got my phone number from, as I gave an incorrect phone number. He said the number he called me on was the number given, which I said that was not possible. I told him at this moment in time, I did not wish to speak to anyone and that I felt pressured by the telephone call, he said he would call me back next week, at which I requested not to call me and if I was interested I would call them back!

This is just a website that harvests your details and passes (sells?) them on to cold callers. Don't be fooled.

I filled in the form and got to the point where I agree to get quotes by phone. I don't accept sales calls so I aborted. I still got a call from a very aggressive salesman.

Misleading sales tactics. Non existent customer service.

do not use these people unless you check your facts on prices first I was under pressure on a busy day, I took what the salesman told me as the truth - "the best you can get anywhere is 13p on a three year deal because they're all going up 15%) it turns out my best deal from THEM was 13p everywhere else its just over 11p a unit- this has cost me £1100 a year for the next three years

Very easy to switch, knowledgeable staff who were friendly. I was all done in less 15 minutes. Brilliant.

I run a busy shop so can't spend time on the phone. Everything was done via email which meant I could reply at a time to suite me, even signing the contract was electronic. When it was necessary to talk, they rank me at a the time I requested. Brilliant and a heck of a saving.

I contacted several suppliers in regards to gas supply. The best service I received was from U switch.

After I filled in very simple form I got contacted within couple of minutes.

Rang for advice on switching our business electricity, had a phone call back within a very short time. Took all the details needed and found a cheaper option with the same supplier. Arranged everything for us in a few minutes, nothing for me to do now, it will all be arranged for me. Excellent service would recommend to anyone.
