Do Not Use Under Any Circumstances!!!!!!!!

They will not give you a refund even though there is no opportunity prior to purchase to read their terms and conditions. Under no circumstances use this company.  they need to be shut down. You can get what you need elsewhere for much cheaper. I cannot believe that they are allowed to operate in 2019.

I Thought I Was Booking A H&s Test From An Officia

I thought I was booking a H&S test from an official body. The test is £21. The rest of the money you spend is in their 'fee'. At no time do they mention that. Why the CITB do not take legal action against these people beats me. I now have to pay CITB to get my card, which is what I thought I was paying for in the first place. Charges too high against people who don't have the money to pay out like this. Shame on you. It should be made clear what your terms are at the outset.

Not Fit For Purpose

Thought they were a proper CSCS company,not so if you phone to book and pay for exam no problem,try and contact them again don't waste your time and money because they will.Sat the exam a month ago phoned them up asking where's my card,came away with some nonsense about not having my NI number,they didn't know I had passed it etc etc.Just got a email saying it will be processed in 20 days.This cost me £104 for something that is probably worth £5.Was telling the story to my mates and lo behold they had their own tales of woe.The staff seem to only have a basic verbal and written English skills and I mean basic,DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Phoned Up About Getting A Duplicate Card Paid £49.

phoned up about getting a duplicate card paid £49.00 back in October still not received this always give a different answer avoid them they lie go direct to the cscs company not a third party missed out on work due to this would not except paper part only card thanks very much would not recommend this company at all

Don’t Send Out The Cards Even Tho You Have Payed F

I was stupid enough to put my son with this company to do his CSCS course , the card is payed for in the fee it’s not turned up was ment that be here end of October 2017 then it was ment to arrive by November 15, 2017 , just rang up to day to be told there is a back log.. do not trust this company. They tell you a different story every time I ring up... over charge for course then have the cheek not to send the card.. robbery don’t give them your money... cause this CSCS card isn’t going to show up!

They tried to charge me a total of £280 for a green card and test. At least Turpin wore a mask. Stay well clear people.

No Refund

I booked my test and was charged £49.99 twice only to find out I didn't need to do the test.So I requested a refund for £49.99 x2 and was refunded once and was told I had been refunded 2 x £49.99 .They still ow me £49.99 and I've been trying to get this money from them for 6 weeks .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .......STAY AWAY PEOPLE .....

Absolutely Scandalous Charges

Please avoid this company at all costs, I paid £49.99 for what I believed was a health & safety test plus cscs card renewal fee, well was I wrong, this fee was just for the test itself that is usually only £19.50, when I challenged this with them I was told the £49.99 was to cover their overheads as well as the test fee, and if I wanted to renew the card it would be an extra £50, seriously this is only £30, this companies charges are absolutely scandalous and had I known they was not part of a governed body I would have steered well clear.

Disgraceful Customer Support

I booked two of my colleagues on a course with this company at the end of August. Due to a change in our circumstances I was forced to cancel the course and did so within the 5-day cancellation period and was informed that a representative from accounts would call me later that day with details of the refund. Having not heard from anyone I decided to call back to find out that the customer care adviser did not cancel the course in their system and because it was now past the 5-day cancellation period there was nothing that could be done. My case was passed to their complaints department and it was over a week before I got a call. They had listened to my recorded calls and could confirm I did indeed cancel the course within the 5-day cancellation period and there had been an error on their behalf. The lady I spoke to said she again needed to speak to accounts and would call me back within 20 minutes but she did not return my call.

It took over a month and a fresh complaint to be logged before the same complaints rep called me back. According to her, her manager had closed the case but they don't inform their customers of this. Due to a bank holiday falling within the 5-days and the fact they don't count the first day of cancellation as a valid day I am not entitled to a refund. They told me this was explained to me at time of booking however, I can 100% reassure you it was not. She also said the reason I didn't hear back from her over a month ago was because she only works Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and it must have just slipped under the raider. It seems to be the same excuse every-time.

I have never come across such horrendous customer service. The lady was rude, accused me lying, and when I asked how I was meant to know that they would be closed on that particular bank holiday, apparently EVERY company closes on a bank holiday, and she laughed. My company and I were both open for business that day.

I am utterly disgraced at the treatment I received and I will NEVER be using Construction Support again.

Refusing A Refund!

I paid for a service which I had booked incorrectly and subsequently received training from another company. Construction support are now refusing a refund claiming that it's in their terms and conditions that no refunds are available. This is contrary to the consumer rights act but they are still not going to refund. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
