did the job while it lasted.Broke down after 13 months.Spares impossible to obtain.Swich went and would have to use their engineer at a cost of £70.That is more than I paid for the machine.Took it to the tip and bought an Electrolux

This machine is a replacement for a previous unreliable Hoover vacuum,cannot remember the model.This product is heavy and very noisy.The have rubber belt needs changing every 4 months,I have changed this twice which is difficult and time consuming, 1 screw has to be glued to the screwdriver otherwise impossible to locate the hole.I pity a poor pensioner who would have to call in an engineer 4 times a year at £50.Expensive to run £200 pa.This machine is very cheaply fabricated,felt bushes for the rollers.Do not buy Hoover!!
