Poor Quality Cooker For The Money!

Our Rangemaster Toledo 110 Dual Fuel cooker is about 6 years old. The silver coloured handles and press knobs are of extremely poor quality and the silver flakes off very quickly. The drawer isn't very robust and appears flimsy when opening. The main issue is with the front console panel where the diagrams wipe off very quickly and you don't know what temperature the oven is on etc. Had an Esse cooker previously which was very good quality and wish we had stuck with Esse! You can't buy transfers and have to buy the console at £56 but it is the same poor quality console - not worth £5!

Full Of Faults

We have had the cooker for 3 years and we're really disappointed. The panel gets extremely hot - dangerous in fact. The knobs are all flaking off too. The markings on the panel have all come off too.

These all appear to be common problems which appear not to have been rectified. For the price is expect much better. We'd never recommend or buy another Rangemaster.

Style No Substance

Purchased toledo 110 electric range nearly three years ago .Bought because of brand name expecting a really good quality product-what a disappointment!Looks stylish glossy black.Fan oven is not large enough to cook two cakes at same time. When cooking cakes the outside regularly burns while middle under done same with pizzas and pies ,had temperature checked soon after purchase and was informed need to keep swapping shelves and cakes should be cooked in the ordinary oven as the fan is too harsh!! The regular oven takes hours to cook cakes or roasts and the middle often underdone great if you like meat pink_we don't!The door latch on main oven already broken cooker now out of warranty. The ceramic hob needs elbow grease to keep clean and the colour really attracts dust. The controls are dreadful if you stand at the cooker you cant see them and they are quite confusing my husband still hasn't mastered which relates to which ring. The main oven needs another shelf and the roasting shelf in regular oven is a nuisance. I swapped an old Belling freestanding for this which had fantastic oven size and fast ceramic hob.Would never buy another Rangemaster.

The Rangemaster Toledo 110 Is Over Priced And Expe

The Rangemaster Toledo 110 is over priced and expensive to run; Doors hard to clean; Called fitter out 3 times to fix the large gas hob that wouldn't stay on - Falcon kept sending the wrong parts.Husband eventually fixed it himself. If both ovens are on, electricity switch trips - high electricity usage.

sounds like you do not have a correctly rated fuse for your cooker ?

Would Not Purchase Again And Would Not Recommend T

Would not purchase again and would not recommend to anyone to actually wants to use it to cook on. In my opinion, cheap sub-standards goods.
