Tefal 6157 Steamer

I enjoyed its services; it steams rice extremely nicely and then sounds a beep when it's done. There's no need to be concerned; they'll quit on their own. I liked this rice cooker.

This cooker is very pleased to steam rice. It really works well. I would have preferred if there was some sort of sound, like a beep when the rice was finished cooking.

Used regularly - very pleased with how it steams. My big criticism is that all the baskets, together with the lid, crack over a period of time. Although the baskets can be used in the dishwasher, I believe this causes them to crack. I have used previous Tefal food steamers and have found this problem with them all. Replacement parts are expensive and I was informed it would not be cost effective to replace the three baskets and lid.
