Le'Xpress Hand Coffee Grinder

This grinder is very small (no size guide given on website)and it broke the first time I tried to use it - the bolt inside sheared off as it's silver-coloured plastic rather than metal. A very poor design and woeful quality. What's equally disappointing is that I contacted The Cooks' Kitchen straight away for a refund and five days later still have not had a response.
