I Bought This After Having A Chinese Made One From
I bought this after having a Chinese made one from a large UK supplier but after a year of use it had very little cooling effect. This one has had no such problem. It is very quiet with a two speed fan. The remote is very useful for my disability. It is a well designed modern unit with a very good filtering system. More expensive than some but then the quality is so superior to others that I would happily recommend it. I could not rate the Service and Support and have not had need to use either.
