Gorenje RK60359OC Fridge Freezer

Bought retro burgundy fridge from Gorenje via online web site idealkit. The first fridge delivered did not even work, lots of problems with replacement. Customer service non-existent. Gorenje office staff does not even answer their phones. Only way to communicate via their web site, but they are not very helpful either. Not sure how this organisation did not go bankrupt yet, but am sure it will, soon. Purchase your white goods from some more reputable producer..

Purchased this lovely looking retro fridge freezer that I'd had my eye on for over a year. Half the price of a Smeg but I now realise that you do indeed get what you pay for! The fridge on the first one I purchased broke down after a week. The second one arrived damaged so I had to refuse delivery. I was due to have a third one delivered so I emailed Gorenje Customer Service to try and seek reassurance about their product. They never even had the courtesy to reply. Will never buy Gorenje again.
