Proline PLC55FFS

i purchased a proline fridge freezer my wife has injections that hae to be kept at a certain temp I asked comet at time and they said it did not freeze up but refidgerator drain freezes every 2 days and drain plugs up water leaks down to freezer total rubbish

i bought this fridgefreezer 11 weeks ago and the compressor has broken i have to wait 3 weeks until 7 october for a new compressor from the manufacturer which i think is wrong surely it should have been exchanged for a new one.i am quite happy with the style and size but would not purchase again from comet.iwould like to have been told that a repair has to take place before they do anything about it.after such a short time since buying the engineer said the compressor should last at least 10years not 11 weeks.it looks great standing in my kitchen it just doesn:t work
