Bosch SGS45C02GB

When our old Bosch needed too much repairing, we needed a new one fast and opted for the Bosch sgs45c02gb classixx because it was in our budget and because it was in stock. Wish we'd chosen better. Our previous Bosch was very flexible in its arrangement, but this one isn't. We can't lay any of the tines down to fit in things like blender goblets or saucepans very easily. The top rack doesn't fit both bowls and cups side-by-side as the configuration suggests you should be able to. And on top of that, it up-turns all the dishes on the top so they're full of water when the cycle finishes. It's only positive side is that its quick wash is less than 30 minutes; however, it doesn't get things dry. Or clean. Very disappointed and wish we'd repaired the old one instead.

Bought it because of Bosch's reputation but it didn't work when we first tried to use it. Bosch paid for a replacement for the faulty part but we had to pay for the labour - we were told this was because we had bought it online and that the guarantee therefore didn't cover this. This expense wiped out any saving we had made by buying online. It also wiped out any confidence I'd had in Bosch.
