Bosch Avantixx WAE28367GB Washing Machine

Purchased a Bosch washing machine had it delivered on the 27th October tried it on Sunday eased one load that was it just would not start again also the led readout was only showing half the numbers so returned it and got another had to pay a bit more had this one delivered on the 3rd November again used it this time after doing the washing noticed that the detergent and conditioner was not going in

Phoned customer service waist of time cannot get engineer out until 16th November

So if your thinking of buying a Bosch then think I have not had 2 new machines both of which do not work properly
